I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Fine experience. I wanted a fairer price on my trade in but overall, I'm happy with the experience. I like my car that i purchased.

I always have the intention to write a good review when I get good service but seem to rarely follow through. In this case I was so happy with the sales & management at sunset ford I had to make sure to take the time out and give them a 5 star review. I ordered my F450 bout 10 months ago.. I had handshake deal with donny who was the sales person at the time. I offered to place a deposit but he assured me it wasn't needed.. about a month before my truck showed up I received a call from Dave Bouge, he let me know that Donny retired and he was replacing him as my salesperson. Ofcourse my first thought was if they were going to honor the price that donny quoted. I sat down with Dave and Ray (sales manager) and when they presented me the price it was about 13K more than I expected.. I knew there was a premium for this particular truck because of Covid and the chip shortage so I was already anticipating a higher price. I explained to Ray that I understood this particular truck is selling higher than msrp but donny had already quoted me a price. I didn't have a contract or any paperwork to back it up.. but Ray said hang on let me take a look at Donnys files.. Ray came back a few minutes later and slashed 13k off the truck.. Ray said "I saw donny had scribbled this number on the bottom of the build sheet so we're going to honor that price" Obviously I was super happy.. I think I was most impressed by the fact that I didn't have to argue or give any sob stories to get the price that was quoted. Ray just honored his salespersons word and that showed great integrity. Ray also said he would rather earn my business for life than make extra money on a one time deal, which he did because I would definitely buy from Sunset again. ~Chad S

Worked with MIKE on used car purchase. Fabulous salesman. Competent, knowledgeable, very helpful. He made the entire used car-buying experience enjoyable . His honesty and integrity was evident from the get go. He truly was on my side from beginning of deal to handing me the keys! Once again there is a reason we only buy our vehicles at Mullinax Ford! We are treated like family and when we walk into the dealership we are greeted by first name and often a hug. Diane has worked our deals and always treated us well and gotten us the best rate with minimal impact to our credit. She will go above and beyond for her customers. Then there is Grant who always takes time to talk to us and ask how our family is and update us on his golfing adventures. We couldn't ask for a better group of people! I walked in without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon, really just starting to look. Rhonda, my salesperson, was excellent. She listened to what I was looking for, and we went out to the lot. First thing was to make sure my oars fit, and once that was done a test ride. We looked at various models of the same car, and she was VERY clear on what the packages were, whether I?d want them, etc. She got a sale. In and out in under two hours, including time to detail the car. What?s more, they returned my rental car for me, cleaned it first, all done.

We purchased from Fugate Ford for the first time in the 1970's. Both the car sales and service departments are honest and dependable. They are really the only dealership that we would recommend to family.

I worked with Michelle while selling my Vette yesterday and she was outstanding. She was very professional but best of all was how personable she was. I felt like I had made a friend. We came to what I felt was a win-win deal very quickly. Great experience and a great employee!

I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.

I usually wouldn't spend time reviewing a car dealership, but after 2 easy, seamless transactions, I felt that I should at least share my experience and give praise to those who deserve it. I bought 2 new cars in the span of 4 months, the 2nd one being out of necessity. Because the first transaction in June was so easy, I felt compelled to go back for my 2nd new car as well. The process was so fast, efficient, and well handled. I couldn't be happier with Bowen Scarff and also with Randy Good. Exceptional, especially since I, along with most others, dread the car buying experience. Randy was a no BS salesperson. Showed me the options, explained the differences between models and trim levels. There was never a moment where we felt pressured to buy. Fantastic!!

When researching Ford pickup trucks on the internet Chris Kelly from Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA responded to the chat window. He helped me through the whole process of ordering the exact vehicle I wanted, their policy of the no dicker price was fair with no hassle of the 1-2 hours going back and forth in negotiations. There was never any pressure to buy, only there to help. What a difference that made! Chris always answered my questions promptly when I asked while the truck was being built and yes I had a lot of questions as this was my first time buying a new vehicle and special ordering one on top of that. If Chris was off for the day when I had a question another salesman stepped right in and answered my question. I was able to track the progress of the build on the Ford website. Once the truck was delivered to Bowen Scarff, they surprised me and had it ready to go that next morning. Chris even came and picked me up at my home and brought me down to pick up the truck! After filling out the paperwork I was handed off to finance. Even here there was no pressure at all to purchase the ?extras? if I said no, he said ok and moved on. No trying to persuade me into it. My overall experience here was the best I have ever had at a dealership. The best surprise of all and may seem little to some was when I got in to drive away it had a full tank of gas. I highly recommend Chris Kelly as your salesman and Bowen Scarff Ford as the dealer to see in Washington!
