New and used 2025 Ford Maverick trucks for sale near Algood, TN

Good experience. Needed work on key switch. Key was locked in and would not release. Had to make multiple trips to service dept before problem was fully diagnosed and repaired, but overall I?m very satisfied. Was given an unsolicited parts discount to compensate for having to make multiple visits. Want to especially recognize service rep, Greg Copley, for his professional attention and courtesy.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. This would have been a five star review, I’ll share why after the kudos. The service department accommodated my every need in getting an overdue warranty recall taken care of (I had just bought a 2021 Bronco from a local dealer; more on that in my review there). When I first schedule the work I was told it would only take about an hour, so I had planned to wait. The very next day they called to let me know that the time estimate was in error, that it would take up to six hours to accomplish. I rescheduled for the next week, when I had plans to be out of town. They took my vehicle in, ran the tests required, and let me know the results (all good) by the end of that day. My only complaint? When I dropped my vehicle off for service it had a full tank of gas. When I retrieved it after service it was a quarter tank low; thus the one star minus.

I bought my F350 in another state but the service department is fair and very qualified. I actually live much closer to a Ford dealer but East Tennessee Ford is my new dealership. When I buy, trade, and service, I'll be Crossville. Furthermore, Heather is a first class advisor. . I am a Ford guy but over the years I haven't found many dealerships with the integrity of East Tennessee Ford. I want to thank you giving me comfort to know that I have a honest dealership to visit.

We had both of our cars serviced in our own driveway. It is a great service! We didn?t have to do a thing. They changed the oil and rotated the tires.

My husband and myself purchased a super nice truck today. Our salesman was Matt Lyons, we was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. He provided all the information we needed to make a great purchase. He allowed us to look all we wanted to, but if we had questions he was easy to find. He didn't force himself on us. Salesman like Matt are few and far between. I advise anyone looking to purchase a great vehicle, look up Matt. We will definitely be back for another great vehicle. I just want to take another opportunity to tell him thank you. Also to the rest of the staff was very friendly and treated us like family. I give Matt an Valley Ford 5 stars.

It was great salesman did a great job of answering all my question and finding me the perfect bronco .very easy to work with and honest he was taught well you can tell the customers comes first .

I came in with no appointment, but X got me back within 10 minutes to change a tail light. Within 20 minutes the work was complete at a very reasonable cost! Waiting room is nice, clean and water is provided. I have enjoyed owning my Bronco!

I have to say I had a great experience at Ed Rogers valley Ford. Christy nettles listen to me and found the perfect truck for me that didn't break the bank. I have bought more vehicles cars and trucks than the average person can imagine, but I will be back to see Christy at Ed Rogers Ford without a doubt.
