Nice vehicle! They cheated out on the interior not a fan of the rough plastic as it attracts everything and not easy to come off! Def not a fan of the cut out arm rest and the steering wheel is small! Gas mileage ok on this trim! The weheel well are “Carpeted” which makes me think moisture and fast rusting issues! Had to add mud flaps and will need a tonneau cover. Some cosmetic disappointment- but overall a decent little truck- I downsized from a fully loaded lariat F150 so it’s a drastic change for space and luxury. But fords f150 trans issues and recalls made me rethink my options. Always supported ford but lately I’ve been concerned!! They don’t honor their screw ups except with bulletins! Last chance Ford on this one! Hope it doesn’t disappoint!!! I’d recommend it if you want a smooth ride ! It’s a “cute” little truck so far so good! Check back in a year I’d updated if I could here! A lot of pluses but def miss a lot of comforts I had in my other truck- maybe ford should reach out to current owners for better ideas in the future cuz the interior is very cheap looking and I hate they are all pewter blue….should of left it black and regular material for dash n door skins! My opinion - it’s not a bad vehicle if you don’t need a lot of space.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership gave us excellent and friendly service. Their follow-through left nothing to be desired. When we picked up our vehicle, it was sparkling clean, had a tankful of gas, was ready-to-roll.

Overall great experience. Worked with Tony. He was wonderful. The dealer agreed to fix a few things on the used vehicle prior to purchase and there was some delay and it took longer than expected. Had to make a return visit to fix something that was forgotten. I don?t purchase vehicles often but in the end I?m happy with our purchase from North Country Ford.

I worked with a wonderful service advisor: Joe Hanson at Morries Minnetonka Ford. His personal service went above and beyond, as he repaired a raw metal ding, so as to protect it from corrosion during this winter months here in MN. He also helped troubleshoot some frozen parking brake issues. He kept me in the loop at all times, and completed the work in the time he estimated at the projected price estimate. He stayed past his shift time in order to complete the jobs at hand.

I felt like they had my best interest and very respectful.

I just purchased a new 2025 Ford F350 at Inver Grove Ford and from the moment I saw the truck, until 1000 miles later, the experience with this dealer has been great. My salesman Brianwas very halpful and patient as I made my decision. Service, parts department and the shop that applied the spray in bedliner all have done a great job. Words cannot express how awesome the customer service of this dealership is! And I never imagined in my life that I would say that about a dealership. I submitted an inquiry through the CarGurus app and almost instantly got a text message with a video of Donna holding a sign with my name and introducing herself and letting me she was available to answer any questions. Very shortly after Brandon sent me a text letting me know he was available for any questions I might have. Unprompted, he personally created a walk around video of the vehicle I was interested in along with a link to a fact sheet about the car itself. That alone was incredible to me. Then I asked about a vehicle inspection report and Carfax report. He texted me copies of them almost immediately as well as the original window sticker. We set up a day and time for me to come in to look at it and test drive. On my way there I got a text from Brandon letting me know he had the vehicle all ready for me when I got there. When I arrived he was sitting right inside the door waiting for me. Talk about service! When it came time to talk numbers there was absolutely no hassle! They had even dropped the price before I got there unbeknownst to me but offered at the lower price without me even knowing they lowered it! They didn’t try to add all kinds of extra fees or anything. They gave me all the information I asked for and were very transparent with all the numbers. And while I walked in there already preapproved for financing with a very competitive APR, they were able to beat it! The vehicle I bought from them was a used Chevy. And I am probably furthest away from being a “Ford” guy. But honestly, I think the next time I’m looking for a new vehicle it will probably be a Ford from this dealership! It was a truly pleasant experience! I highly recommend!

Doug was very patient. He made sure I got the exact vehicle that I wanted and made it a very easy process. we found the vehicle that I wanted and then he held it for me for three weeks while I was out of town.

Jim Jessen was the best car salesman we have ever met. All the staff were wonderful. Jim went above and beyond to help us choose a used Ranger for our granddaughter. He set up our granddaughter’s phone, made sure her automatic lights were on as we were leaving after dark etc. I can’t say enough about his care and customer service. When the check engine light came on late that night, it only took a phone call to Jim to have us come in the next day. After 2 1/2 hours of them checking it over, they found the sensor was faulty. A part is ordered and will be installed when it arrives. All at no cost to us. For the inconvenience, they buffed the car getting any small scratches etc out. The 2019 Ranger was one owner Blue Certified with 72000 miles. We are having it undercoated, they got us in Wednesday and offered a rental car to drive while this was being done. Just have to return with full tank of gas. No high pressure anywhere. So happy we went there. Go to Inver Grove Ford for the best service. Make sure and ask for Jim “JJJ” Jessen!!!!
