After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I went to Sunshine Ford to book a recall repair appointment for my 2022 Bronco. I wanted to find out the cost of an extended warranty in the event I kept my 2022 Bronco for another 2 years. The salesman pointed out that in addition to the cost of the extended warranty, I would need to buy new tires. The salesman found a 2025 model for me that was similar to the 2022. At first, I was undecided. When I went back for the recall repair, I decided to buy the 2025 Bronco the salesman recommended. I love my new Bronco. I am glad I listened to his advice.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Best car dealer experience ever. I came in looking for a Bronco Outer Banks and Michael Rose did everything possible to help us. When we wanted a difficult to find color, he canvassed every dealer within 1000 miles to find the car. When he did find it, that dealer did not respond to him. He knew I really wanted that car so rather than try to direct me to another color, he encouraged me to buy the car directly with that dealer; he gave up the entire deal with me in order to make sure I was getting what i wanted. Not only that, he coached me through the deal and helped make sure I was getting the fairest and best deal I could get. I have never had such an honest, transparent and refreshing experience with a car sales person like that before...ever. Michael is a real gem and I'm grateful for his help in our buying process....even though he knew he would not make one dollar by helping me, he went far above and beyond. Thank you, Michael!

Service department is always courteous and friendly. Work is completed on a timely basis and the work is always satisfactory. I have been servicing my vehicles there for over 5 years and am always happy with the results.

Highly recommend Brewster Ford. I walked in and customer service introduced me to my sales rep Tim. He was funny, knowledgeable, just a really relatable guy. He walked me through their inventory, and we began test drives. He worked with me on the price to meet my budget. We submitted the paperwork and within 48 hrs I received a call from Brian in the finance department. Another great employee, he was knowledgeable and patient. He explained every option and choice I had to make very well. I felt no pressure and picked the options that worked best for me. From the time I walked in to the day I drove away in my car was 3 days. They did everything, got me the best financing, handled my insurance, they even detailed a car I already thought was perfect. When I went to pick it up it somehow looked even better.
