Thorough service but they could improve on time to complete service. I just went in for an oil and filter change. It should be done under an hour.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Matt just did perfect for me but the entire team is the best in the Portland area and I know I have multiple brands but ever since going to Yankee Ford I?ll try to do all my business there it is hands down easy

All the warning lights had begun to come on on my dashboard. I thought maybe some zombie mice had gotten into the brain of the Explorer. While there was evidence of mice, they had not been the cause of the problem but an ABS module fortunately covered under an extended warranty. I appreciate the correct diagnosis done by Yankee Ford and fixing the problem at minimal cost!

All staff , in sales, parts, and service, have been terrific! Always reliable, professional, friendly, and thorough in explaining all services. The Ford pass program has been particularly helpful when I needed assistance on the road, on AAA had a very cumbersome process and was going to take a lot longer.

The staff was exceptional, and Jessie was thorough and timely in his follow-up. It was greatly appreciated. They?ve ordered an additional part to finish the job.
