I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Service members were respectful and knowledgeable. Service was quick because they have multiple service members assisting customers. Drop off was quick and easy.. my vehicle was ready in a couple of hours.

Justin was very helpful and responsive. He negotiated to his best ability and admitted fault when he miscommunicated recall laws in TX on used cars. The process was quick and I was out in 30 minutes.

Working with Shelby and the the Four Stars Ford Sales team was an absolute delight. I literally bought my car from home, sitting in my recliner, while watching a Bowl Game, 300 miles away. They we very responsive and answered every question or concern. To top it off, they offered free delivery and my car was delivered to my driveway two days later. After a dozen final signatures, the nice porters were off and we were enjoying our new car. I met with Jonathan regarding extended warranty for my truck. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions regarding the coverage and explained all to me.

Sales Rep was very polite, patient, and friendly. He spent a great amount of time showing me several vehicles that were relevant and did not try to upsell me beyond what I wanted. The buying process was more difficult than it should have been. They let me leave thinking they would not agree to the price and called me literally 2 minutes after I left to say they would accept my offer. When I did return and signed the offer, I was abandoned for over an hour waiting on someone from finance to call me for the paperwork

I would highly recommend this dealership, specifically the sales person who helped me, Charlie. He was communicative, attentive and patient (not pushy) with me throughout the shopping and decision making process.
