New and used 2025 Ford Maverick trucks for sale near Winchester, CA

Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. This is a Ford dealership and not a Lincoln one persae. But the level of service they offer to the Lincoln owners are over and beyond any Lincoln dealership we have been for the decade. The service, the skill set of its technicians and the degree of care they offer to the Lincoln owners are truly a unique and memorable experience. We dropped our car for a typical oil change. However after due diligence, there was a recall and few other items that should have been noted and taken care of by the Lincoln dealership that we used to visit for years. None were noticed or taken care of. Here, as a courtesy, that service Lincoln, but we felt a huge difference in the car runing before and after the service here. HUGE! Chad, the GM is the most pleasant and service oriented individual you will meet here.

I dealt with the three other dealerships in the Moreno / Riverside/ Redlands area before calling and then going to Fritts Ford. Redlands / Ken Grody said they had an appointment in three weeks ... Three Weeks! just to look at it. I double checked that offer with service to make sure I did not misunderstand. Other dealerships close by said they would take three days just to look at it. Then maybe tell me how much longer to fix it. Fritts Ford assessed it the next day and had it fixed in two days .. maybe specific to my issue, but still fantastic ... Not "Maybe we'll get back to you in three days then see how long to fix it" or "We'll see you in three weeks ... A and then we'll get back to you." When I offered to drop it off the day they would look at it they said that would just delay looking at it another 3-4 days. What?! The other dealerships were so disappointing on all fronts. I found a new dealership. Thanks Team Fritts. I'll be back.
