My wife and I had been shopping for a Small SUV. We visited the Lincoln AutoNation Dealership because we were in the area. We knew what we were looking for and the price range. Big thank you to Mike Garcia for accommodating our late schedule and helping my wife find the car she wanted.

Cassandra was great in service. Overall experience was great. All my questions were answered. Wait time was normal for repair getting done. Scheduled my next service.

The buying process was great. Our salesman was fantastic as well as the finance department. My only gripe is how long it took once we said yes to a vehicle to drive the vehicle off the lot. Once everything is a go, we should not be there for 4 hours to finalize a deal. We should be out within an hour. The finance manager had to walk between 2 buildings multiple times, she should have had an office in the Lincoln building as well. A lot of unnecessary wasted time. Please improve this process, should not be a difficult change.

I’ve now bought two new vehicles from Autonation Ford Orange Park — one in 2022 and another just last week — and both times have been great experiences. This most recent time, my salesman Daeshawn really knocked it out of the park. He made the entire process smooth and easy for me and my wife, and the F&I manager we worked with was just as helpful. It was fast and fair, no stress. Very Happy The truck is great, Althought the finance lady Darlene had many delays either her Ford Credit app, but expressed apologies.

Service staff were very friendly. I dropped my car off for service and the work was completed very quick! I used to go to another dealership where I bought my car but will be coming to Autonation Ford from now on.

First off, the mechanic did a good job on the car. No complaints. The customer service was alright. I stood in the tiny service area for a few minutes waiting for someone to help and no one said anything to me even though there were 2 employees there. No complimentary snacks. Only a small complimentary coffee. They have snacks but you have to pay the vending machine. I shouldn't complain, but Mazda has a variety of complimentary snacks AND refreshments in their waiting area. Overall I would go back, but I wouldn't look forward to it.

My service advisor Cassandra is awesome, she is always able to get me in quickly, super friendly, & willing to accommodate me dropping off the vehicle.
