Finally a no nonsense no gimmick dealership. Great service and a very competent sales team. Management will come by and check to see if there’s anything they can do to help. A very pleasant trip to the dealership. So much so I drive 1 hour to go to them instead of the ones 15 to 20 minutes away. That in itself should tell you all you need to know. 10 stars.

Great experience from first phone call to set up an appointment with Stan to look at trucks to Rolando in sales office. I recently had my GT 500 serviced at AUTO NATION MARGATE. The service was top notch. Anthony, the service rep. that was assigned to me was great. They got my car in and out in a short period of time and discussed with me what I should be thinking about over the next couple of services, instead of trying to hit me at one time. my experience was genuinely great. Belendy was on point from the moment I walked through the doors, and I appreciate how seriously he took me throughout the entire process. I had been to multiple dealerships, but this was the one where I felt the most comfortable and I truly think he played a big part in that. He was patient, transparent, and I never felt pressured or confused. I also appreciate Tom for helping me finalize the deal and for explaining my Mach-E so thoroughly. I don’t think I would’ve received that level of service at the other dealerships I visited, and I really appreciated it. Finance was also a pleasant surprise Nick made the process feel easy and trustworthy. I’ve heard so many horror stories about finance departments, so I was nervous, but I never felt swindled or rushed. Overall, I love my car, I’m excited about my lease, and the whole team made this a smooth experience.
