Charlie knew the vehicle we were interested in, explained in detail all the systems and even assisted us in setting up our phones. He made this a quick and easy transaction. I can't say enough about the General Sales Manager, Eddie Clark. This is our second vehicle purchase from Jannell and Eddie was hands-on involved in both. He made sure we were satisfied with our experience, understood the process as far as registration transfer, trade in value, maintenance and warranty schedules, basically everything we needed from Jannell Ford.

Brittany was excellent, knowledgeable, and gave the best demo with attention to every detail, and certainly was not pushy (which is a criticism I have had with other dealerships). An all around enjoyable experience....wonderful interactions with the sales manager, finance manager and Jack Madden. Beautiful new service facility with exceptionally friendly staff. Communication with Tasca was very timely and smooth. Negotiations were all conducted via email and ultimately purchased a truck. My salesman, Andrew Urbec was good to deal with. Prior to the sale, I'd arranged my own financing for much better terms than what I knew I'd get through the dealer or other local banks. Of course, Tasca's finance guy not too happen to learn I was a cash purchase customer. And no, I didn't want any of the extra xx "protection" packages like wheel & tire protection, etc. Sales Manager was ok to deal with, though personally not too impressed. Does the usual whining about how they're losing money on this and that the vehicle is sold as a loss leader. Yeah, ok buddy - I've been buying cars a loooooonnnnng time so I've heard it all. Don't worry - Tasca's getting it's pound of flesh back from manufacturer hold backs, manufacturer incentives, etc. Overall, my second purchase from Tasca (previous was a Jeep - much better experience from a personal interaction point of view). But meh - a car is a commodity. Just hoping this first-time Ford buyer will be satisfied.
