We recently purchased a used 2025 Escape, with approximately 13 K miles from Germain Ford. Within a week we discovered a couple of items that needed repair. Additionally, we found that the clear coat on the hood of the car was beginning to peal. From the sales staff (Will) to the service staff (Jessica), they have “bent over backwards”) for us, making the necessary repairs, all to our satisfaction. This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Germain Ford and are very pleased!

My first p/u truck. My first hybrid. My first CVT transmission. Outstanding mileage (>40 mpg!). Good for five people. Excellent for four people. Easy to drive. Excellent safety features (added Lariat safety features are worthwhile). Owned for one year. Basic maintenance and the recalls were no problem. High quality affordability made by our neighbor Mexico. I would highly recommend.

I was wanting to downsize from a F150 super crew because of garage space and I needed something easier to get in and out of. The Maverick fills both needs very nicely and gets lots better fuel economy. So far I am very happy with my decision.

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . I enjoyed my experience so much that four days later I went back and purchased a car for my husband!! The experience for my husband’s car was beyond top notch! After being taken advantage at another dealership my husband was extremely hesitant to purchase a car. Once again, Deshawn and Drew were with us every single step of the way, answered all of our questions and were extremely honest with us. My husband found a car online he liked but after talking with Deshawn, realized it was not the best route. Deshawn made a list of my husband’s top wants and found the perfect car for him! The main reason I got this car was the gas milage and it doesn’t disappoint! My drive to work is 14 miles one way. My old Jeep, I had to fill up every other week. Overall, I’ve owned my XL for about 2 weeks. So far I’ve only taken one trip with it which was a 2 hour drive one way. It handled incredibly well with the slick roads, and the drive was enjoyable. I took one star off reliability because the battery issue. 1 week into owning it I took a 5 minute trip to the grocery store which turned into a 5 hour ordeal. The car only sat there for about 2 minutes and I went to remote start from my app. It said there was an error and I figured I was too far away (about 100 yards). I got out to my truck and started it and it gave me a bunch of error messages. It couldn’t drive. So, I called to have it jumped. They came out to jump it and even afterwards, it had all sorts of error messages. I ended up waiting another 2 hours for the tow truck and ended up being stuck at the dealership for another hour. The next day my car was returned to me, good as new. It was a battery issue according to the dealership. They put in a new battery and it’s working fine again. That’s why I took off one star for reliability. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again in the future. Also, the amount of recalls is impressive and disheartening. If you’re in the market for a small truck with good gas mpg, this is your car. I don’t use the bed, but I plan on getting a cover so I can put luggage back there for my next trip.

I purchased an Outback Limited XT in July. My experience with my sales consultant, Michael was great as well as everyone that I spoke with. I own the 2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid and so far with roughly 28,000 miles on it I love it. Cannot believe the gas mileage that I get. From April thru Nov I am in the upper 40's to low 50's. That is driving in the cities and highways between the cities. Any long travels on the expressway and my mileage drops to the mid to low 30's. When I purchesed it in 2022 I stayed with the standard XLT interior and I do not regred not upgrading it. It is comfortable for a vehicle and it is quiet. I have easily gotten 4 golf bags in the truck bed and 4 golfers in the cab with one of those golfers standing at 6 foot 8 inches. I've also been able to get 2 10 foot kayaks in the bed with no problem. Yes, they extended beyond the tailgate but had no problems. So far I rank my purchase of my 2022 SLT Ford Maverick Hybrid as one of the top two vehicles I've purchased in my life time, and I will be 74 in 2025.

I had my car service at Hughe white Honda at georgesville auto mall and Steve is my Communication which was excellent his hospitality was great. He worked with me on a price deal and they’re honest there and they don’t work off Commission in the service department. Which I’ll be back and highly recommend this place to get your car serviced! My 2023 Maverick Lariat has been a pleasure to drive. Had 3 recalls and all were completed at my home by Mobile tech for software issues. I currently have 9200 miles in 9 months. Ordered a 2024 Maverick XL July 17th 2023 still waiting for build date. It will be my third Maverick purchased You can't beat the gas mileage of the Hybrid. I get over 48 mpg in city driving. Staying under 45 miles per hour keeps me in Electric mode.

Have the hybrid, had over a year and average MPG over that time is 41. Its a pickup and works for me. Weekend stuff, depending on business may work as a work truck, Has some pep to it and since small vehicle very maneuverable. no issues mechanically 3 recall though but handled when took into the dealer for service. I got the Mavrick Larit, but it didn't come with the front parking distance Decator and no fog lights. The mileage is very good and comfortable, but the one thing I don't like on both of my Ford Explorer and Ford Maverick is the systems that turn off the engine and knocks both the engine and transmission which will become a bigger problem where the engine and transmission will break plus I also have to turn off the swaying system which causes my truck steering to lock up when I'm not towing anything so i have to turn this off also.

We drove about 100 mile to buy this jeep, they beat the local dealer by several thousand dollars. The sales manager was great to work with and the salesman that did the delivery was fantastic. Sales person went over all the options on our new Gladiator he even programmed both our phones. I feel he spent plenty of time with us and was not rushed at all. Salesman also had the jeep filled with gas and our old license plate on the new jeep while we signed all the paperwork. The wife and I both highly recommend this dealership for anyone ready to purchase smoothest transaction I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.

Averaging over 45mpg, often getting over 70mpg on my 15 mile commute to work. Love the drive, very comfortable, and with the XLT trim and luxury package, I couldn't be happier

Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

I’ve put 52k miles on my 22 fwd ecoboost with zero issues. Average mileage with 50/50 Highway/city is 28.9. It averages 31 on the highway.

6 months ago, I bought a 2020 GMC Sierra AT4, 85K miles, no warranty. Background, I live 115 miles from this dealership but they had the truck I wanted so I made the drive. There was never any doubt in my mind that I would not go back there for service just due to the distance. On my way home from picking up the truck, the TPMS system said there was an error and was only showing pressure for three tires (no LF). I chocked it up to a bad sensor and as I have replaced these in previous vehicles and know they are not that expensive, I pressed on home as it was too late and I was half way home . This was an intermittent problem until I did my first oil change / tire rotation. I mentioned this problem to the Chevy dealer and asked them to change the sensor. They checked the sensor and it was reading a strong battery signal so I told them to just rotate the tires and I would see what happens. Soon after, this intermittent problem became and consistent issue. The problem was it was showing the same LF tire even though the tires had been rotated and reprogrammed which meant the issue was something else. That Chevy dealer wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to diagnose the problem ($200). That's the history now why I'm recommending Coughlin, a couple weeks ago someone from Coughlin just made a 6 month check up call. I told her I loved the truck and had no issues other than this TPMS problem. I had no expectation of the dealership doing any thing about this, (six months and 7k miles later) she told me she would contact the Service Manager, John Tackett, and have him call me. The next day he did and he told me they would at least diagnose the problem, no charge and see what they could do. Thinking this was looking like it was going to turn into an expensive fix I took him up on the offer. Today I took the truck in and dealt with Paul Lynch, the Service Advisor. Long story short, not only did they diagnose, but they spent a total of 3-4 hours taking care of it at no charge to me. I find it so refreshing this day in age to have a company stand behind what they sold me, I'm just at a loss for words of thanks. Next time I need to buy a vehicle, I will be checking this dealership first, even with it being 115 mile drive. Kudos to John & Paul, thank you both very much!!! Also a shout out to my salesman, Forest, as I had a good experience when I made the purchase. Obviously, I recommend doing business here!!!

Right at 4k miles on my 2024 Lariat hybrid. So far very pleased with the vehicle and amazed at the mpgs. I average 42 mpg on my 30-mile commute, a balance of highway and surface streets; 35-37 straight highway at 75 mph. The truck is a great size for me; occasional use of the bed for home chores and light hauling. Put it in perspective, - it's Ford's least expensive vehicle and so it is built to a budget. I got the Lariat with all the toys, but I recognize it's a $25k vehicle with $12k of lipstick. My only wishes would be for memory, ventilated front seats. This is my 5th and final car bought new; I usually take them to 11-13 years and 200k miles. Build quality matches the others I've bought (Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, Subaru), and the one recall (taillights) didn't phase me since Ford's mobile unit came and sorted it out at the house. The Maverick will be riding me out to retirement and become my explore/travel car. Based on this drivetrain being proven as NYC Escape cabs, I have few worries.

Ordered vehicle September 2022, came in April 2023. Drove it home 300 miles and it still had a half tank of gas. I was impressed. Averaged 40 MPG on the way home. Truck is quiet and comfortable. Only thing I do not like is the infotainment screen is not as clear and sharp as the 2020 Mazda3 that I traded in. Other than that I am pleased with my purchase. Only have 4500 miles so far and am averaging +\- 39 MPG. Have had 2 recalls.

Just purchased this vehicle. Tried installing child seats. Absolutely ridiculous design for attaching the upper portion of the child seat!!! What were the designers thinking? You couldn't make it anymore difficult to install one car seat, let alone a pair. An attachment must be quickly made to allow the car seat attachment to be secured without moving the back forward. Just absolutely ridiculous, horrible, etc.!!

I preordered my 2022 Maverick and waited 14 months for it to arrive. It is a Hybrid and overall I think that it is a great truck. There are some things that I wish that it had like my F150s had but it doesn't and overall in the scheme of things they are minor and it doesn't change how I feel about the truck. It has great performance and gas mileage is way better than an F150. As with first year production I have had some recalls that have been painlessly taken care of however there is one still open that Ford does not have a remedy for yet and that does concern me some but I still like the truck.

The whole process has been done remotely. It has been a little difficult to get questions answered. I have been dealing with the Used Car Superstore.

I traded in a Chevy 1500 High Country. I got too big for me. The Maverick Lariat is just what I needed and wanted. After 3 months 5000 miles I like it more every time I get in it.
