My first p/u truck. My first hybrid. My first CVT transmission. Outstanding mileage (>40 mpg!). Good for five people. Excellent for four people. Easy to drive. Excellent safety features (added Lariat safety features are worthwhile). Owned for one year. Basic maintenance and the recalls were no problem. High quality affordability made by our neighbor Mexico. I would highly recommend.

My experience with CarMax was amazing! I bought my car in July 2020 and I love my car so so much!! I just have to say that Michael at the Beaverton location went above and beyond and was so friendly and relaxed! I felt like I was doing business with a friend! I have told so many people about going here and when it's time to trade in my car I will DEFINITELY be coming back here! They are totally up front and honest and aren't just in it for the money...I can tell Michael really enjoys helping people and takes pride in what he does here!! Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

The purchase of a new Maverick was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Isaiah was very helpful and patient with me. He had a sound knowledge of the Maverick and took the time to explain the flat tow function to me. Jacob took care of the paperwork and registration/title. He was also very pleasant and complete. My purchase experience was very good.

I was wanting to downsize from a F150 super crew because of garage space and I needed something easier to get in and out of. The Maverick fills both needs very nicely and gets lots better fuel economy. So far I am very happy with my decision.

Decided to look at a used vehicle that Newberg Ford had listed. Kaleb was the salesman that greeted me at the door. He was laid back and let me browse. He was accommodating and friendly and did not put any pressure on me. I would recommend Kaleb.

The main reason I got this car was the gas milage and it doesn’t disappoint! My drive to work is 14 miles one way. My old Jeep, I had to fill up every other week. Overall, I’ve owned my XL for about 2 weeks. So far I’ve only taken one trip with it which was a 2 hour drive one way. It handled incredibly well with the slick roads, and the drive was enjoyable. I took one star off reliability because the battery issue. 1 week into owning it I took a 5 minute trip to the grocery store which turned into a 5 hour ordeal. The car only sat there for about 2 minutes and I went to remote start from my app. It said there was an error and I figured I was too far away (about 100 yards). I got out to my truck and started it and it gave me a bunch of error messages. It couldn’t drive. So, I called to have it jumped. They came out to jump it and even afterwards, it had all sorts of error messages. I ended up waiting another 2 hours for the tow truck and ended up being stuck at the dealership for another hour. The next day my car was returned to me, good as new. It was a battery issue according to the dealership. They put in a new battery and it’s working fine again. That’s why I took off one star for reliability. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again in the future. Also, the amount of recalls is impressive and disheartening. If you’re in the market for a small truck with good gas mpg, this is your car. I don’t use the bed, but I plan on getting a cover so I can put luggage back there for my next trip.

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

My wife and I bought a late-model used Hyundai Sonata over the MLK holiday weekend. We had been monitoring Cars.com for a couple of weeks and found one we liked here at Beaverton Car Company. We called ahead as we live about 200 miles away and didn't want to make the drive without checking availability. We spoke with Blake Woodard, and Blake confirmed he'd have the car ready for us to look over when we arrived the next day. We made the trip down on the Sunday of MLK holiday weekend. The car was out front, clean and ready to look over. After checking our driver licenses and insurance, we took a test drive, did some driving in-town and on country roads. We decided to buy, did a little bargaining and saved some money from what was already a reasonable price. We filled the tank and drove the car home that day. Overall a positive experience with Blake and the rest of the dealership.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I got the Mavrick Larit, but it didn't come with the front parking distance Decator and no fog lights. The mileage is very good and comfortable, but the one thing I don't like on both of my Ford Explorer and Ford Maverick is the systems that turn off the engine and knocks both the engine and transmission which will become a bigger problem where the engine and transmission will break plus I also have to turn off the swaying system which causes my truck steering to lock up when I'm not towing anything so i have to turn this off also.

It's seldom that I go online an write a review. However, the service and easy, straight-forward approach to selling/purchasing a car that I experienced at Gage Auto was so refreshing. Stand-outs would be Ethan as a young but very professional and knowledgeable sales representative. He knows his stuff and has a great future in sales - fantastic. Luis as Sales Manager - again very professional and courteous. Made the negotiation (which was really pretty short and easy) enjoyable - and that's from one Sales Professional to another! I got to meet Ron Harkey briefly - very nice guy, and courteous. All in all, I would recommend Gage to anyone that was looking for a quality used car. Thanks guys!

Averaging over 45mpg, often getting over 70mpg on my 15 mile commute to work. Love the drive, very comfortable, and with the XLT trim and luxury package, I couldn't be happier

Really very nice people that work at Newberg Chevrolet. The reason I ended up buying from them was because of Kari Mayton. She knew I was interested in a particular vehicle but at that time I wasnt ready to purchase it. She didnt forget about me and called me a couple months later to see how I was doing and to see if I was still looking for a car. Right at 4k miles on my 2024 Lariat hybrid. So far very pleased with the vehicle and amazed at the mpgs. I average 42 mpg on my 30-mile commute, a balance of highway and surface streets; 35-37 straight highway at 75 mph. The truck is a great size for me; occasional use of the bed for home chores and light hauling. Put it in perspective, - it's Ford's least expensive vehicle and so it is built to a budget. I got the Lariat with all the toys, but I recognize it's a $25k vehicle with $12k of lipstick. My only wishes would be for memory, ventilated front seats. This is my 5th and final car bought new; I usually take them to 11-13 years and 200k miles. Build quality matches the others I've bought (Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, Subaru), and the one recall (taillights) didn't phase me since Ford's mobile unit came and sorted it out at the house. The Maverick will be riding me out to retirement and become my explore/travel car. Based on this drivetrain being proven as NYC Escape cabs, I have few worries.

It was a 2 hour drive from my home, but when I arrived everything was ready to go. It was the fastest I've ever purchased a car. Super friendly staff and very helpful. I would buy from them again.

April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

My 2023 Maverick Lariat has been a pleasure to drive. Had 3 recalls and all were completed at my home by Mobile tech for software issues. I currently have 9200 miles in 9 months. Ordered a 2024 Maverick XL July 17th 2023 still waiting for build date. It will be my third Maverick purchased You can't beat the gas mileage of the Hybrid. I get over 48 mpg in city driving. Staying under 45 miles per hour keeps me in Electric mode.

Have the hybrid, had over a year and average MPG over that time is 41. Its a pickup and works for me. Weekend stuff, depending on business may work as a work truck, Has some pep to it and since small vehicle very maneuverable. no issues mechanically 3 recall though but handled when took into the dealer for service. Highly recommend the dealer Five Star Ford in Lewisville, both sales and service

Excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Able to get my truck in for service quickly, and the shuttle service/delivery of my vehicle to my home when work was completed was a wonderful benefit.

Ordered vehicle September 2022, came in April 2023. Drove it home 300 miles and it still had a half tank of gas. I was impressed. Averaged 40 MPG on the way home. Truck is quiet and comfortable. Only thing I do not like is the infotainment screen is not as clear and sharp as the 2020 Mazda3 that I traded in. Other than that I am pleased with my purchase. Only have 4500 miles so far and am averaging +\- 39 MPG. Have had 2 recalls.

Clear description of cars' original condition and repairs done. Willingness to let buyer do pre-purchase inspections. Good selection of desired model (Subaru Crosstrek). Conversationally informative, not pushy. I would buy from them again.
