We came in to test drive a vehicle, rather late as my daughter didn?t get out of work until after 6. They had the car ready and quickly got out for the test. We were shown all documents and they answered all of our questions. The actual purchase was faster than I?ve ever experienced, we were driving away in about 2 hours (the team graciously stayed late to complete the paperwork) which was amazing. We were very happy with the customer service and the car!

My first p/u truck. My first hybrid. My first CVT transmission. Outstanding mileage (>40 mpg!). Good for five people. Excellent for four people. Easy to drive. Excellent safety features (added Lariat safety features are worthwhile). Owned for one year. Basic maintenance and the recalls were no problem. High quality affordability made by our neighbor Mexico. I would highly recommend.

Purchase two vehicles from here, one originally became a trade in which made they made the process very smooth. Once traded in, paperwork was processed and payment was accepted, and off I was in a brand new vehicle. Would definitely come back here again especially for the competitive vehicle pricing. I own the 2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid and so far with roughly 28,000 miles on it I love it. Cannot believe the gas mileage that I get. From April thru Nov I am in the upper 40's to low 50's. That is driving in the cities and highways between the cities. Any long travels on the expressway and my mileage drops to the mid to low 30's. When I purchesed it in 2022 I stayed with the standard XLT interior and I do not regred not upgrading it. It is comfortable for a vehicle and it is quiet. I have easily gotten 4 golf bags in the truck bed and 4 golfers in the cab with one of those golfers standing at 6 foot 8 inches. I've also been able to get 2 10 foot kayaks in the bed with no problem. Yes, they extended beyond the tailgate but had no problems. So far I rank my purchase of my 2022 SLT Ford Maverick Hybrid as one of the top two vehicles I've purchased in my life time, and I will be 74 in 2025.

Can’t beat Serramonte Ford’s Service Department for outstanding car and customer care. Service advisor Pamela Yeager and the team of technicians, especially Hung Le, are excellent. Serramonte Ford has kept my Ford Escape in great shape for more than a dozen years and tens of thousands of miles. I trust them to keep my Escape as safe, reliable and roadworthy as it was when it was new.

I’ve put 52k miles on my 22 fwd ecoboost with zero issues. Average mileage with 50/50 Highway/city is 28.9. It averages 31 on the highway.

Nice vehicle! They cheated out on the interior not a fan of the rough plastic as it attracts everything and not easy to come off! Def not a fan of the cut out arm rest and the steering wheel is small! Gas mileage ok on this trim! The weheel well are “Carpeted” which makes me think moisture and fast rusting issues! Had to add mud flaps and will need a tonneau cover. Some cosmetic disappointment- but overall a decent little truck- I downsized from a fully loaded lariat F150 so it’s a drastic change for space and luxury. But fords f150 trans issues and recalls made me rethink my options. Always supported ford but lately I’ve been concerned!! They don’t honor their screw ups except with bulletins! Last chance Ford on this one! Hope it doesn’t disappoint!!! I’d recommend it if you want a smooth ride ! It’s a “cute” little truck so far so good! Check back in a year I’d updated if I could here! A lot of pluses but def miss a lot of comforts I had in my other truck- maybe ford should reach out to current owners for better ideas in the future cuz the interior is very cheap looking and I hate they are all pewter blue….should of left it black and regular material for dash n door skins! My opinion - it’s not a bad vehicle if you don’t need a lot of space.

From the initial contact in the evening to driving home in a new car before noon the following day. Cody Elemen was great, ( laid back, no pressure and efficient). He got everything squared away on his end before i got there so i could just sign the needed documents and be on my way, wasn't even at the dealership 2hrs total (included test driving the car, running a credit check, securing financing, signing paperwork). They also fueled the tank up all the way which was appreciated. Capital offered a fair deal a few% under msrp and Ford credit got my apr way lower on the loan than any bank rate going these days. Rachel Murphy in finance finished the transaction and didn't rush me thru the process, ( we were done with all of it in under 20 min) and explained what forms were for what and answered any questions I had. Love economy and looks. Never had so many compliments on the looks. Ride is good and even after recalls I am not disappointed with vehicle.

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

Just purchased this vehicle. Tried installing child seats. Absolutely ridiculous design for attaching the upper portion of the child seat!!! What were the designers thinking? You couldn't make it anymore difficult to install one car seat, let alone a pair. An attachment must be quickly made to allow the car seat attachment to be secured without moving the back forward. Just absolutely ridiculous, horrible, etc.!!

I preordered my 2022 Maverick and waited 14 months for it to arrive. It is a Hybrid and overall I think that it is a great truck. There are some things that I wish that it had like my F150s had but it doesn't and overall in the scheme of things they are minor and it doesn't change how I feel about the truck. It has great performance and gas mileage is way better than an F150. As with first year production I have had some recalls that have been painlessly taken care of however there is one still open that Ford does not have a remedy for yet and that does concern me some but I still like the truck.

My 2023 Maverick Lariat has been a pleasure to drive. Had 3 recalls and all were completed at my home by Mobile tech for software issues. I currently have 9200 miles in 9 months. Ordered a 2024 Maverick XL July 17th 2023 still waiting for build date. It will be my third Maverick purchased You can't beat the gas mileage of the Hybrid. I get over 48 mpg in city driving. Staying under 45 miles per hour keeps me in Electric mode.
