I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. Worth the drive!
Hands down one of the best buying experiences I’ve had, was browsing online and found a truck that caught my eye, entered my info and received a call from Alex Estrada, told him I was interested in truck but was curious to see what my trade in would be, sent pictures and vin number and received an offer I was content with. Now the only issue was the truck was in Indiana and awaiting chip. Alex kept me in the loop and finally got good news that truck got chip and was enroute to TX. When it arrived I received another call stating it was ready, I drove down from San Antonio the next day to sign, took about 30 min, and I was headed back north. I’ve bought all my vehicles in San Antonio for the last 25 years and I’m a firm believer on “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” , but not 1 dealer in SA could get what I wanted, this dealership had it produced in 2 weeks. I would definitely drive the 3hr one way trip for another purchase. I only give this place 5 stars because there’s not a 10 star button to choose!
