5-23-2022, MY F-150 HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WENT DOWN, BUT I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE IT. TRACIE GRAGG WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, DIAGNOSED PROBLEM, ORDERED PARTS AND HAD IT REPAIRED BY 5-27. I WOULD GIVE YOUR GUYS A 10 IF I COULD. I FOUND MY NEW REPAIR GARAGE.

I bought a Mustang GT because I was dissatisfied with my 2020 Corvette's ride and ergonomics. Also, because neither Chevrolet nor Dodge had an answer to the Mustang. The GT has great features with its touch screens, intuitive HVAC controls and other vehicle control features, The interior is comfortable. It could use power tilt-tele steering wheel. There's plenty of gauge clusters, and color schemes to keep you busy. Same for Drive modes. Braking is very good, especially the optional Brembo's. The sound system in top B&O guise is the minimal you'd expect. It doesn't measure up to Mopar. Power is good, but low end torque could be better. The exterior styling would be second to Camaro if there were one, but it keeps improving. Opt for the 20inch wheels for looks and handling. Choose the right paint, and get the 6 speed if you like manual gears. Ford, increase fuel tank size from 16 to 18.

The staffs are very friendly, first Yasu made it very easy for me to schedule a test drive within 15 min of my call. Yasu was very welcoming when we met and very knowledgable about the car and made it very easy to go over the financing application. When picking the car, Connor was very nice and spent enough time with us making sure to cover everything related to technology and answering our questions.

I found it difficult to make an appointment on the phone. Many calls no answer! I made the appointment in person at the service desk with Alyssa in the afternoon, that went well. Later that afternoon and evening I got text messages asking if I wanted valet service which I agreed to. The next morning when I had my appointment, I didn?t hear from the valet and called Courtesy Ford to find out the text messages came from AI ( Daisy) and had not been scheduled with the service department. That was a bit troublesome having to make a later appointment with valet and the service department. Once that was done everything went well. The valet people kept me well informed as to their arrivals and was much appreciated .

Fast service very well explained by the service writer. The pickup and return to my home of the car was very convenient and times always updated.

Wally was very easy to deal with. He made buying a new car at Skyline Ford easy going and not stressfully. As did the rest of the Skyline Ford staff that we had the pleasure to deal with. The purchase of a new Maverick was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Isaiah was very helpful and patient with me. He had a sound knowledge of the Maverick and took the time to explain the flat tow function to me. Jacob took care of the paperwork and registration/title. He was also very pleasant and complete. Came in after a bad experience at another dealership. Stated what I wanted and what I could spend. Tyler listened and tried to make it happen. We got within $400 of where I needed to be, which was great. Aside from the brief haggle part (and a lame cookie jar analogy), my only other complaint is that even though it was after 7 pm, that shouldn't make my purchase a rush job. The finance guy complained he wasn't paid by the hour and kept pushing papers at me to sign and acting impatient as I read them, I had to go across the street to get the tank filled myself, and I didn't get a tutorial on how to use the vehicle (which was not fun in the fog on the way home trying to figure out how to turn the auto lights off bright). Overall, a good experience. Tyler was definitely a good guy.
