I hate shopping for cars, with that being said, I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at AutoNation in Sanford Fl. From the moment I entered the building I had a peace about me. The whole experience was quick and enjoyable. If you live in Florida please give them a chance, you may be pleasantly surprised also.

Our service advisor, Jeff, is the man! He always takes great care of me and my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. He is always a friendly face that greet us as soon as we arrive. Keeps us in great communication during the day while our cars in service. I always feel confident driving off the lot after my car has been taken care of.

I am very blessed to have met Aramis at Mullinax. Dealing with him and the Mullinax team was one of the smoothest and most respectful business transactions I’ve ever had, particularly for a purchase as substantial as a new truck. I’d been shopping for about 3 months and was so fed up with the “Let me talk to my Finance Manager” game - it is so outdated, inefficient, and untrustworthy. I found the experience enjoyable, to the point, no dickering, great trade-in value on the vehicle I bought off them three years ago. They have a 6 day 300 mile warranty on there used vehicles where I can return it if there is any issues no questions asked.This makes the overall experience perfect.

I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Honest, friendly, and your advocate in getting YOUR desired car and or truck at a very fair price. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. As always I trust the advisor's input when it comes to my vehicle. I have been coming to this facility in Sanford ever since I bought my vehicle with AutoNation, find it very hard to trust someone else.

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle (EV) online, and across state boarders. Ultimately the process went well and our sales person, Tonia, was great to work with. We arranged transportation through Area 51 Motorsports LLC out of Beaumont, TX. This was a great service, and only took two days to cover ~1200 miles. Overall, a good experience with Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee.
