I bought a Mustang GT because I was dissatisfied with my 2020 Corvette's ride and ergonomics. Also, because neither Chevrolet nor Dodge had an answer to the Mustang. The GT has great features with its touch screens, intuitive HVAC controls and other vehicle control features, The interior is comfortable. It could use power tilt-tele steering wheel. There's plenty of gauge clusters, and color schemes to keep you busy. Same for Drive modes. Braking is very good, especially the optional Brembo's. The sound system in top B&O guise is the minimal you'd expect. It doesn't measure up to Mopar. Power is good, but low end torque could be better. The exterior styling would be second to Camaro if there were one, but it keeps improving. Opt for the 20inch wheels for looks and handling. Choose the right paint, and get the 6 speed if you like manual gears. Ford, increase fuel tank size from 16 to 18.

Inquired online and I received a text from Peter Garcia immediately for 11/19 @ 6. I stopped by to look, Peter showed my the options available in the car I wanted. I drove the car home that night. Totally great experience from start to finish. Peter could not have been more accommodating...he even programmed/personalized the electronics for me! I have purchased or leased three (3) vehicles from Dana. In an industry that is often maligned or misrepresented I had the distinct pleasure od interacting with Mr. John Daly. Mr. Day is a consummate professional with broad and comprehensive knowledge of his profession. I use the word "profession" simply because with representatives like Mr. Daly, the perception and status of the vehicle sales business is raised to the level or a true profession. As an attorney, I interact with people on every level on a daily basis. In the often confusing and even stressful word of vehicle purchase, Mr. Daly exhibited the calm professional knowledge, courtesy and demeanor that made MY purchase a pleasure! The man I spoke to was so helpful and courteous and the showroom was clean and comfortable. My first time buying a car on my own and there was no pressure or steering for me to get something I did not want. Very paitent with my lack of knowledge in all things about car buying.

My husband and I stopped there to look at their Edge inventory. No intention of purchasing that day but getting an idea of what to look for and what we want. The sales person was very laid back and did not put any pressure on us to purchase. When we are ready to purchase I would definitely go back!

Ford of Queens has been very attentive to my online request and has continued to follow up, even as I drag my feet on making a decision. I have not visited the dealership, so I cannot comment beyond my online experience.

Service here is exceptional. The people are understanding and efficient. Waiting area was very inviting and clean. From the moment I checked in to checking out the experience was spectacular. Kudos especially to steve tomaski in service!! The manager in parts was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great dealership.

I leased a 2024 nautilus from Dana Ford . My sales man was Ahmed Khodir. He was very courteous and professional and he really worked with my wife and I and I am very pleased with him. Always friendly and honest service. I bought a CPO Escape from Stamford Ford a number of years ago. There was a stupid problem with Ford Credit - it was enough to make me cancel the order. When Dominic found out about it, he called Ford Credit and told them to get it right. They did, and Dominic called me back and made the deal happen! Since then, Ive been bringing my Escape to them for service. They are reliable, friendly, and HONEST. Scott Ferrara in service is THE BEST! I noticed a number of reviews with regards to lack of communication while vehicle is in service, especially having a person answer the phone. This appears to have started since Covid. I'm guessing that it is because it seems harder to get good help these days. This is not unique to any dealership or brand. In fact, I have another brand of car that I bring to another dealership. By comparison, this other dealer does not deserve to clean the floors at Stamford Ford. The service advisors at Stamford Ford provide you with a cell phone # you can text if you need to, which is a lot easier than getting though via phone. Again shout out to Scott in Service!!

Overall great experience. I was interested in purchasing a preowned expedition. The sales staff were extremely accommodating patient and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the deal got done. And particular Andre was great to work with, and I would highly recommend them.

First and best experience at a dealership thanks to Kole Tomaj. The process was smooth he worked with me very well he was very informative and overall down to earth and awesome. Made me feel like a comfortable customer. Ford needs employees like this that are real and not fake and very respectful and a professional. Kole Tomaj and his boss Miles who is a very professional character as well and projects, that of what a supervisor should be, were the most helpful and help me in the situation that was very complicated due to negligence of others. I can’t speak for other departments at Ford, but the sales team with Miles and Kole Tomaj 5 star. A+.
