Excellent sales team, as I purchased my second Ford Certified pre-owned vehicle from Mike Burkart Ford. All went smoothly. And, I received a re-imboursement in the mail,for an inadvertent charge that we all missed in filling out the paperwork. Good honest folks to work with.

I bought a Mustang GT because I was dissatisfied with my 2020 Corvette's ride and ergonomics. Also, because neither Chevrolet nor Dodge had an answer to the Mustang. The GT has great features with its touch screens, intuitive HVAC controls and other vehicle control features, The interior is comfortable. It could use power tilt-tele steering wheel. There's plenty of gauge clusters, and color schemes to keep you busy. Same for Drive modes. Braking is very good, especially the optional Brembo's. The sound system in top B&O guise is the minimal you'd expect. It doesn't measure up to Mopar. Power is good, but low end torque could be better. The exterior styling would be second to Camaro if there were one, but it keeps improving. Opt for the 20inch wheels for looks and handling. Choose the right paint, and get the 6 speed if you like manual gears. Ford, increase fuel tank size from 16 to 18.

While I admit service in the past has been slow, They have brought in a whole new managment team for both service and sales. My most recent experiences here have been nothing short of awesome. They staff is friendly and you can tell they genuinely want to be there. I will keep coming back.

Recently, I purchased a used Ford Edge from Bergstrom Ford of Neenah.I actually did stop and shop other car dealers from Rosemont, Mn. to include Baldwin, Wisconsin and Neenah,Wi. Nail Yetim (first name pronounced Niles) was very friendly and the entire team in the show room made us very comfortable, my dog enjoyed the visit, " he is a service dog" and enjoyed a treat.
