I bought a Mustang GT because I was dissatisfied with my 2020 Corvette's ride and ergonomics. Also, because neither Chevrolet nor Dodge had an answer to the Mustang. The GT has great features with its touch screens, intuitive HVAC controls and other vehicle control features, The interior is comfortable. It could use power tilt-tele steering wheel. There's plenty of gauge clusters, and color schemes to keep you busy. Same for Drive modes. Braking is very good, especially the optional Brembo's. The sound system in top B&O guise is the minimal you'd expect. It doesn't measure up to Mopar. Power is good, but low end torque could be better. The exterior styling would be second to Camaro if there were one, but it keeps improving. Opt for the 20inch wheels for looks and handling. Choose the right paint, and get the 6 speed if you like manual gears. Ford, increase fuel tank size from 16 to 18.

I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! I live in Arlington so I had sent an email first to see if the Badlands bronco was still available. Jimmy contacted me back right away and even sent me a video of the vehicle. I drove out the next day to take a look at it where I meet up with jimmy. My over all experience was very good and Jimmy definitely made the overall experience much better. Any concern I had he made sure to address quickly and efficiently. I ended up driving off the lot with the bronco I had seen in the ad and a big part of that was due to Jimmy’s excellent customer service. Was disappointed in warranty coverages not coincident with each other. It was explained well by Zack in Finance. The "Buy only what you (apparently) need " slogan used in advertising and financing sound good but it is a trap. In reality its serves no one in the long run. At the end of a car ownership (owner being ready to replace) the dealership and owner are called to evaluate, reconcile, and gain agreement on next steps. And then the new owner must deal with the rating of the vehicle based on its upkeep and condition. The better warranties vehicle will by data be the better upkept. SO THEN Ford's base warranty-offer covering powertrain, extended and GAP considerations should perfectly align and terminate at the same mileage and years. AND THEN Ford's opening warranty proposal should be well determined based on driver usage, and the data that Ford knows well presented about repair. For example. In my case (purchasing a pre certified vehicle with 28K miles), the powertrain warranty was 6 years 100k miles and the extended "wrap" warranty sold was 6 years and 75K miles. NOT coincident. AND It appears that the car driver usage was not considered or weighted. I believe both Ford and This owner share in that mistake. That said, Ford is the specialist, not the owner. And I believe that most all owners with a well-presented warranty plan will be willing to pay the $20-30 increase between the 6-75 and 6-100 (or 120) warranty offer. The presentation calculation would show the reasonable "to be owner" why the additional investment would be sound thinking for every financial consideration excepting the day of the sale. Ford is a (the) premier car company Ford is the specialist about its warranties and servicing its vehicles. The customer is not the specialist and can only speak of vehicle driving usage. Rather than move vehicles off the lot, Ford must move more people's thinking about warranty service (and perhaps about math HA) The math of usage and service events costs is an easy sell) I WOULD BE WILLING TO BUY A "SPECIAL" HIGH MILEAGE WARRANTY OFFER, REQUIRING MY GETTING POWER TRAIN, THOSE ITEMS IN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AS WELL AS FLUIDS CHANGE DONE AT A FORD DEALERSHIP. THIS IN ORDER TO PRESENT A PRE CERTIFIED VEHICLE WHEN READY TO TRADE IN.

I'd argue my experience here was more like a 3.5 than a four, but it wasn't too bad. Of course there was the typical salesman crap you'd expect, even if you're just in the looking phase. But overall the dealership was clean and well kept, and other times I've been to this dealership for service they have been professional. But I have not bought from them. Even though my one experience looking at cars here was average, all things considered I'd say this is a good place.

I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!
