It was my first time at your new location. Everything went smoothly and everyone was friendly and helpful to me and explained things is a way I understood. I believe my service person was Arturo. He was great and so helpful to me and pointed out a couple of things I didn't know, so I am totally grateful to him and the dealership. I will be back for my next service appointment for sure!

Once again Sunrise Ford provided excellent repair service. Scheduled recommended services were done on my 2007 Ford Explorer and they were all done professionally and no issues. In addition, Service Advisor Nick Soriano was very knowledgeable in handling the services needed for my Ford. He was also very easy to discuss with concerning future recommended services for my Ford and what they entail and costs.

The salesman, Omaid Mohammad was polite, friendly, not pushy, and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the buying process took to long because of the wait to talk to he finance person.

Hard working people. Dealer is understaffed. communication can be slow. Had transmission replaced. It was a long process to get everything approved. once it was approved and they had the new transmission they got the job finished quickly.

I was shopping for a new Expedition and visited several dealers online, they all had a $5k markup on the sticker prices except Villa Ford, they were offering a $2,500 discount. Andrew Romano followed up on my online inquiry and he was excellent to work with. We made an appointment, and he had the truck I was interested in ready to go, I knew what I wanted and leased the car that evening. Andrew was friendly, professional, polite, and knew the vehicle and the process very well! I highly recommend working with Andrew, he’s great and you won’t be disappointed. Fast efficient and streamlined except for the cashier who didn't know how to use my passport from wheels for payment. Also it would be nice to have a washed car return.
