Seamless Process when Purchasing
It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford Jacksonville. After finding a car online and calling the dealership for an out-the-door number, my associate Carla didn't play any games and honored their "One Price" policy. I came from out of town the next day and the car was ready to go when I showed up and most of the paperwork was already complete. During the test drive we found a small issue with the car that the service department immediately took care of. While I was in "the box," I was offered the standard add-ons (warranty, appearance package, etc.) but it wasn't a high-pressure sales pitch. AutoNation beat my pre-approved finance rate and I was quickly out the door for the exact price I expected with what I think is going to be a great car. I would definitely return.
