I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

Been looking at late used Mustangs as a toy. I live along way from the dealership but they had one. It was a 24 that was a little high mileage but with an extended warranty would be ok. Well it turned out that the warranty was a little pricey (imho). Floyd, went to work with David(F&I) to make me a deal on a brand new 25 in the same black on black premium.
