Working with Kerry Ford was great. Everyone greeted me with a smile and were eager to help. It being my first time , I worked with Billy. He was very helpful, located the car I was interested, and pulled it up promptly. They let me take it on an extended drive so i could let the family get a good look at the car. The car was clean, had a full tank and ran exceptionally. After agreeing on a price, i proceeded to process the purchase. Billy offered to drive my new car and follow me home. The purchase went great and i didn?t need a second driver because Billy was so helpful.

I've been using Maxwell (Group 1) Ford Austin for years now and they have yet to disappoint! They have some of the fastest turn around times on vehicle services. They've always been honest and fair with me whether on my personal or fleet vehicles. The sales team was also very much the same when I purchased my truck a year or so ago, very competitive pricing that they also worked with me on and let me take the truck that night before signing while my company vehicle at the time was getting major overhaul. We made arrangements to come in on Saturday. Took the car for a drive, made a minor request on the interior and bought the car the next day. The reason we made the decision so quickly was Brett.
