I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

Mine is a 2006 4.0 V6 convertible. I am absolutely in love with this car. It was very, very well maintained by the previous owner, and aside from minor paint chipping, looks to be almost brand new. It never fails to turn heads.

After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

Working with Dan D (sales) and Josh (finance) you are going to find a pleasant vehicle shopping experience. We were shopping for an Explorer (2017-2019). We traveled to Chandler, Mesa, various parts of Phoenix, shopped online and didn't find anything that fit in our budget. If we did the vehicle was in horrible condition (sight and smells). What we found wasn't just a dealership, but a team working to get us what we wanted, work within our budget and make sure we were satisfied with our decision. We bought a 2017 Explorer XLT. Yes the vehicle can pretty much sell itself, but the staff at Surprise Ford gave that personal and professional touch that made the decision to buy that day the right one for us. Yes...I am still charmed by that new car smell, but I have not second guessed where I purchased from for even a second. No buyers remorse here. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle...take a ride out to Surprise Ford at the 303 and Waddel. Yes it's a little far for some...but it's more than worth your time

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Nope - This car is too nice to part with…

Had been looking to add a third fun car reminiscent of the late 60's Corvette/firebird/Mustangs that I had owned BUT with modern comforts and enhancements. I looked at Camaro ZL1 (too rough) Corvette (Nice but seat headrest hit me wrong) Jaguar F Type R ( would have bought this but again seat hit me wrong) Nissan Z (Too delayed and $20K markup on $40K car!!!) Challenger Hellcat widebody (Too Big for me) BMW M4 (HARD ride even on soft setting) What I really like about the Mustang GT Premium was the sound. After years of driving stick, I bought the 10 spd Auto which is a great Trans. Faster and with traffic and all, a better choice. Did not spend $9300 for Perf Package, Magnaride or exhaust since I was not going to track this car. The exhaust was too raspy for my taste. Do get the B&O stereo. I really love the sound of the stock exhaust. Loud enough to hear and quiet enough on long trip. If you want one be sure to Join Mustang Club of America, since after 90 days of membership you are eligible for a substantial discount from Ford ($2500) on a $50,000 car. This does not include any discount from dealer.

The 2022 Mustang Mach 1 that I own is an adventure each time that I drive it! It can be a daily driver or a fun time on the weekend just listening to the symphonic sounds of that V-8! This is my second V-8 Mustang and I have to say that each one has been a quite enjoyable experience!

My 2007 Mercedes CLS550 had a complicated engine problem. So expensive that I drove it from California to Phoenix for repairs. As an out-of-state walk-in customer I feel I could really have been taken advantage of. My wife and I bought our 2014 Mustang V6 Premium Convertible in 2018 with 2,800 miles on it. We have driven it as our daily driver (we are retired in the the desert southwest and have a couple of other cars) and it now we just sold it with 27,708 miles on it. It is in excellent conditon with many, many more miles life left. We maintain our cars to be in excellent condition, this Mustang is a great example of that. We have put on new tires, new battery, regular oil changes, new engine and cabin air filters and it runs fine. The exterior is still in very nice (close to new) condition as is the interior. It was Ruby Red Clear Tint Coat with the Stone Turned (off white) interior and black top. So our only less than 5 stars is for interior and comfort due primarily to the very small back seat that few, if any, adults could find the seating comfortable. So we all know that going in so it is just one of the realities of owning a sporty car. The other issue is this Mustang did not come with a Navigation system. So we spent about $1,000 installing a new entertainment system with Navigation. We have taken it on several golf trips. Two full sets of golf clubs, some duffle bags and some hanging clothes bags fit in the trunk. Then, we use the back seat for anything else and have lots of room to go on a week or two trip. The car runs very well, we have had no issues in that regard. Good power and reasonable MPG. As I said we just sold this Mustang and have purchased 2022 Mustang GT Premium Convertible with 1,800 miles on it. I guess being a return customer is the best review of the car one can give. I am transferring title today to a neighbor who bought this car. That I would sell it to someone that lives a few streets away is a testament to the quality and reliability of the 2014 Mustang

Love this car just had it ceramic coated it looks brand new. I put a Roush cold air return on it with Borla S Axel backs. Love the growl. Will be getting a tune in the future. Changed out the shaker 500 radio and speakers. Now the sound is amazing. Plus now I have blue tooth and Android Auto.

Worth the travel and time. I flew from SLC to Phoenix to pickup my purchase a GLK 2015 Mercedes. Bare in mind a purchase sight unseen takes a lot of confidence going in. Once I arrived it was a quick test drive - just to confirm the mechanics were good and I was familiar with the car. Under an hour, I was done with paperwork and heading home in my new ride. 700 miles most of it through the scarcely populated Nevada and Arizona desert was uneventful...just as I hoped. Yesterday I parked my new car in my own driveway... proud of the purchase, confident it was the right car. Ryan and Mo were ready ahead of time and made everything as easy as possible. The financing they lined up was a good fit. Would I buy another car from them? Yes.

Bought my 2016 Mustang GT used have had it exactly one year it has 45,000 miles on it, haven't had one problem it runs great and is fast! . And I'm always still getting compliments on it. I am an active military member stationed in Virginia. I was in the market for a small vehicle for my Daughter who attends school in Arizona. As you know, car buying can be a tricky, complex, and at times be a downright sleezy experience. My situation was made a little worse due to my inability to actually travel to Phoenix to make the purchase. This meant that my wife and Daughter, neither of which has ever purchased a vehicle, had to close the deal. I reached out to several dealerships in the vicinity of I17 and Bell road, most of which had fair advertised prices. However, once I got into the details that determine the out the door price, the shady/sleezy part showed its head. Mandatory tint, mandatory paint protection, extra charge for warranty, extra charge for a cash deal. All garbage used to justify a lower advertised price and prey on clients with inexperience, low credit or low IQ. There was no way I was sending my family into that mess. One of the many discussions I had with the many dealerships was with a man name Brian Cruz at the Bell road Hertz location. From moment one he gave it to me straight. No haggle means no haggle. Can't adjust the costs to meet my budget. The deal advertised is the deal. We worked through the numbers and not only were they fair but they were also considerably lower than the competition. No kidding $2,000 less than the next nearest competitor for the same car and mileage. I know Brian doesn't get to set prices or sales policy at Hertz but he does get to be part of it. Thank you Brian and thank you Hertz for cutting an honest and fair deal from moment one in the process. I will recommend you to anyone in my circle of family and friends! Enemies can go across the street!

I bought a GT Premium/California Special and love it. It has more bells and whistles than any Mustang I have ever owned. The Mustang is well insulated and is a solid vehicle.
