I needed some service on my Caravan that had been converted by Braun Mobility .Jenkins did everything they could to get it fixed but it was a problem with a Braun part but they did the best they could I would recommend them to other Canadian that travel or vacation in that area

I bought a GT Premium/California Special and love it. It has more bells and whistles than any Mustang I have ever owned. The Mustang is well insulated and is a solid vehicle.

From the time we walked in the door to when we left we had nothing but a great experience. I think the thing I liked the most was we weren't overwhelmed with salesman pressure. Our Salesman Shawn couldn't have done a better job. We went in to buy a Titian for me, then changed to a Frontier. My mind was set, then Ed Welsh, Sales Manager, mentioned the Rogue. I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

We purchased a 2015 vehicle this last month and were absolutely thrilled by the price and quality. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Stan. We worked with him, Chris, and Lynette. We came back to Stan because he gave us such a fair price last time, and the vehicle ran like a champ for 8 years, going across country many times with our family before we traded it in up in Washington (it was still going strong at that point, and it was a 1999). Now back in Florida, this time, we opted for more of a sporty vehicle. When we told our bank the purchase price, we found out that we actually got it for thousands below value. We already knew it was a good deal, but when a bank agent says, "Wow, that's a great deal! I don't think you'll need GAP insurance." it just made us even happier. Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

I bought this car as the baseis of a new hobby build. It had the performance options I wanted and was an automatic. Two items the dealer failed to disclose were worn tires and two curb checked wheels.

I recently purchased a Pre Owned vehicle from Nick Nichols Ford and had been very pleased with my purchase. I had only been able to drive it in local traffic rarely exceeding 45 mph. I had to make a trip to Tampa and once on I-75 I was at highway speed for the first time since having the vehicle. Due to a sudden traffic situation in front of me I had to hit my brakes hard , when I did I instantly noticed a shimmy in the steering wheel. I was able to make contact with Mr. Mark Anderson , Service Dept manager, and he advised me to bring it in and ask for him directly Mr.Anderson had the vehicle front brakes checked and it was found that the front rotors were worn , he then authorized the mechanic to replace the rotors. This was done at no charge to me. This action by Mr. Anderson made me a from now on Nick Nichols loyal customer Thank you Mr. Anderson for all that you did. Rudy Salazar

Excellent value for the price. Do not purchase this vehicle without the active exhaust option. The fake vents are disappointing but otherwise the car is perfect.

Our 1st service visit to this dealership was SUPER. Our Service Advisor, Jim Berlin was absolutely a very good Service Advisor. His display of knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness went beon great. He did everything possible to help handle the un-expected repair costs. We know the service was needed and feel it was a fair price for what needed to be repaired. I absolutely love my beautiful Deep Impact Blue 6 Speed Manual 2013 Mustang GT. I've had her going on 10 years now. She's very fast, more so with my Brenspeed 97 Race Tune delivered by my Bama Tuner, 1 7/8 Kooks Long Tube Headers, X-Pipe, fed back to my Flowmaster 40 Outlaw Mufflers, an Airaid Cold Air Intake and in the very near future a Ported 2nd Gen Cobra Jet Intake with N/A Detroit Rocker. So fun to drive. Insane throttle Response with smooth handling, pure beast

After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

For your go to salesman that will help the customer out and is the best time after time ask for Gary N. I have purchased 6 vehicles from him and he is a square shooter! The Service manager who came out of retirement is also the best. Anyone looking for a good clean vehicle I highly recommend Gary N.

I absolutely adore my Mustang. It does require performance mode to be as fast as I would prefer. It is reliable as all h e double l, the 10 speed is fast and sounds great. 10/10 I would purchase again.

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Nope - This car is too nice to part with…

For the money it is hard to beat a new Mustang on any trim level but especially the 5.0. Also the 10 speed automatic is a fantastic transmission as it keeps the engine in the powerband when asking for performance.

I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. The only negative and it is very slight-- it that it is difficult to change the temp, and my Sirus does not have all features. This is my 4th mustang, with my first being the very small box shape. Every model gets better

I bought one new during the pandemic & got a great price, since dealers were starving for sales. Love the car, color, performance and comfort are #1. The Magnaride suspension is phenomenal. My one & only complaint was initially the car had a few electrical issues. But a new software download, while still under warranty has fixed those. Hopefully they'll never return.

While shopping for another daily driver, the decision to get more than an "average" car was paramount. I shopped for unsold inventory, believing I would find a better purchase price. That was an understatement. I was able to locate a new, unsold Roush Stage 2 for an unbeatable retail price. The car has a manual transmission, the Roush upgrades to help it "punch above its weight" for acceleration and cornering. A pleasure to drive, and it gets a few "looks" when driving around town.

Mine is a 2006 4.0 V6 convertible. I am absolutely in love with this car. It was very, very well maintained by the previous owner, and aside from minor paint chipping, looks to be almost brand new. It never fails to turn heads.
