I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. The only negative and it is very slight-- it that it is difficult to change the temp, and my Sirus does not have all features. This is my 4th mustang, with my first being the very small box shape. Every model gets better

I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

We purchased a Ford Edge on Sept 6,2024 through Brandon at your dealership. He was very helpful in all aspects of the transaction. The car was detailed and a spare tire included through his efforts. When at the dealership with our daughter he even addressed an air tire problem with her car. From the beginning steps through pickup Brandon was professional and friendly.

Definitely a drivers car, very comfortable and easy to drive. I have the manual transmission and shifting is a breeze. I bought all the premium gadgets and interior along with the sports package. Plenty of power in this vehicle everywhere. Nice long gears so makes traffic with a manual tolerable. Only complete, its a big mustang. I have a 2011 and it is a slimer design. But plus side of case feel like you are in a NASCAR! Can't wait to hit the Kancamagus and spring into next summer.

What A Fantastic Experience. My husband and I were interested in a Ford Bronco so got online and looked on cars.com. I found one at Jim Schmidt Ford in Hicksville so I called spoke to Rick Thiel and said we wanted to look at it. Came in on Friday to test drive it and look at it. Instantly we were in love. Rick Thiel and his staff made it so easy we were able to get financing on a sat over phone and online by Monday of that week it was ours. We can’t thank Rick and staff enough. We Love it!!

After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

I absolutely adore my Mustang. It does require performance mode to be as fast as I would prefer. It is reliable as all h e double l, the 10 speed is fast and sounds great. 10/10 I would purchase again.

Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

I bought this car as the baseis of a new hobby build. It had the performance options I wanted and was an automatic. Two items the dealer failed to disclose were worn tires and two curb checked wheels.

I had a great experience at Bob Thomas Ford. I found the staff to be curtious and helpful. At no point did I feel any pressure. They let my wife and I check out the vehicle we were interested in with nothing more than a "let me know if you have any questions" and "what did you think?" at the end. I found the entire experience pretty laid back and easy.

Excellent value for the price. Do not purchase this vehicle without the active exhaust option. The fake vents are disappointing but otherwise the car is perfect.

I have owned my pony for 4 years now. The only repair I had was a fuel pump 2 years ago. Every little button still works, it is fast(but not superfast yet) and it looks soooo cool! The main reason I went with this Mustang over a Vette, is it is way easier to get in and out of for an older guy. It has all the standard amenities you could want. And did I mention how cool you look in a red Pony convertible when you squawk the tires???

I bought the 2017 Mustang online, something I said I would never do. I was afraid the turbo charged 4 cylinder engine wouldn’t have enough power for me. I never drove one before. I couldn’t be happier. I get the fuel economy of a 4 cylinder engine with all the power I could ask for!! I love it!!

My husband had been thinking about a new Ranger to replace his 2016 Ford F150 which was still in great condition. We stopped by Bob Thomas North last week to look at a new 2024 Ranger XLT. Jim Klein a salesman came out to greet us and show us the truck. We ended up purchasing the truck and trading in our F150 and Honda Accord. My wife and I bought our 2014 Mustang V6 Premium Convertible in 2018 with 2,800 miles on it. We have driven it as our daily driver (we are retired in the the desert southwest and have a couple of other cars) and it now we just sold it with 27,708 miles on it. It is in excellent conditon with many, many more miles life left. We maintain our cars to be in excellent condition, this Mustang is a great example of that. We have put on new tires, new battery, regular oil changes, new engine and cabin air filters and it runs fine. The exterior is still in very nice (close to new) condition as is the interior. It was Ruby Red Clear Tint Coat with the Stone Turned (off white) interior and black top. So our only less than 5 stars is for interior and comfort due primarily to the very small back seat that few, if any, adults could find the seating comfortable. So we all know that going in so it is just one of the realities of owning a sporty car. The other issue is this Mustang did not come with a Navigation system. So we spent about $1,000 installing a new entertainment system with Navigation. We have taken it on several golf trips. Two full sets of golf clubs, some duffle bags and some hanging clothes bags fit in the trunk. Then, we use the back seat for anything else and have lots of room to go on a week or two trip. The car runs very well, we have had no issues in that regard. Good power and reasonable MPG. As I said we just sold this Mustang and have purchased 2022 Mustang GT Premium Convertible with 1,800 miles on it. I guess being a return customer is the best review of the car one can give. I am transferring title today to a neighbor who bought this car. That I would sell it to someone that lives a few streets away is a testament to the quality and reliability of the 2014 Mustang

Did not buy the car as I had a couple things to sort with old car. Sales people were great, answered all my Qurans were patient. Not a fan of the AI email replies pretending to be a Human, feels disingenuous.

I bought one new during the pandemic & got a great price, since dealers were starving for sales. Love the car, color, performance and comfort are #1. The Magnaride suspension is phenomenal. My one & only complaint was initially the car had a few electrical issues. But a new software download, while still under warranty has fixed those. Hopefully they'll never return.

For the money it is hard to beat a new Mustang on any trim level but especially the 5.0. Also the 10 speed automatic is a fantastic transmission as it keeps the engine in the powerband when asking for performance.

I visited Preferred Auto on a limb on Saturday searching for a very specific GMC Acadia (I'm very picky). Travis Hoover met us in the parking lot in the pouring rain and within 20 minutes I was test driving my dream vehicle. This is the first vehicle I have purchased for myself and any questions I had Travis was able to answer. 10/10 would recommend. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice and professional. Had been looking to add a third fun car reminiscent of the late 60's Corvette/firebird/Mustangs that I had owned BUT with modern comforts and enhancements. I looked at Camaro ZL1 (too rough) Corvette (Nice but seat headrest hit me wrong) Jaguar F Type R ( would have bought this but again seat hit me wrong) Nissan Z (Too delayed and $20K markup on $40K car!!!) Challenger Hellcat widebody (Too Big for me) BMW M4 (HARD ride even on soft setting) What I really like about the Mustang GT Premium was the sound. After years of driving stick, I bought the 10 spd Auto which is a great Trans. Faster and with traffic and all, a better choice. Did not spend $9300 for Perf Package, Magnaride or exhaust since I was not going to track this car. The exhaust was too raspy for my taste. Do get the B&O stereo. I really love the sound of the stock exhaust. Loud enough to hear and quiet enough on long trip. If you want one be sure to Join Mustang Club of America, since after 90 days of membership you are eligible for a substantial discount from Ford ($2500) on a $50,000 car. This does not include any discount from dealer.

Service is far beyond any other place I have ever been to. They treat my car better than their own very professional. Wouldn’t choose any other place.Great job everyone

Love this car from the first day I drove out of the dealer ship. I have not had any major repairs going on 15 years now.
