Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. I called this dealership and spoke to Wardan the owner on a Tuesday, telling him that I was interested in one of the vehicles that he had on the lot that I wanted to purchase for my wife. I live out of town in Louisiana over 6 hours away and was not going to be able to make it to the dealership until Saturday. I asked if it would be possible for them to hold the vehicle for me to come and purchase for my wife. The dealer agreed to hold the car for me until Saturday when I could come and take a look at it. As it turned out I was able to leave by lunch time on Friday to head to Houston to be able to look at the car on Saturday. I had my wife call the dealership and explain to them that we were going to be coming in on Friday and told them what time we would be getting into town and they said that they would wait for us to arrive which was 45 minutes after their actual closing time. Upon our arrival Wardan made the car buying experience The best I have ever experienced. Once they got a copy of my driver's license my wife and I took the car for a test drive, as soon we arrive back in the parking lot Wardan met us in the parking lot. There was no pressure at all, and he answered all of the questions that we had about the vehicle. We went ahead and went through with the purchase of the vehicle which was everything that my wife was looking for. We got a great vehicle at a good price. The dealership made the buying process as easy as possible. The dealership was up front about all of the history of the car and provided us a printout of the Carfax history of the vehicle. This dealer went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and the purchase of our vehicle. Before reaching out to this dealer I had read some of the negative reviews that people had posted. At first I was leery and skeptical because of these reviews. But once I contacted the dealer and spoke to Wardan myself I got the sense that he was not your average fast talking car salesman. So after making the journey from Louisiana to Houston to buy our car I will say that we experienced none of the things that other people had listed in their negative reviews, it was actually quite the opposite. In the future I would definitely return to this dealership for my used car purchases. I would also recommend anyone else to give this dealership a try if you're looking for an amazing car buying experience.

My wife and I bought our 2014 Mustang V6 Premium Convertible in 2018 with 2,800 miles on it. We have driven it as our daily driver (we are retired in the the desert southwest and have a couple of other cars) and it now we just sold it with 27,708 miles on it. It is in excellent conditon with many, many more miles life left. We maintain our cars to be in excellent condition, this Mustang is a great example of that. We have put on new tires, new battery, regular oil changes, new engine and cabin air filters and it runs fine. The exterior is still in very nice (close to new) condition as is the interior. It was Ruby Red Clear Tint Coat with the Stone Turned (off white) interior and black top. So our only less than 5 stars is for interior and comfort due primarily to the very small back seat that few, if any, adults could find the seating comfortable. So we all know that going in so it is just one of the realities of owning a sporty car. The other issue is this Mustang did not come with a Navigation system. So we spent about $1,000 installing a new entertainment system with Navigation. We have taken it on several golf trips. Two full sets of golf clubs, some duffle bags and some hanging clothes bags fit in the trunk. Then, we use the back seat for anything else and have lots of room to go on a week or two trip. The car runs very well, we have had no issues in that regard. Good power and reasonable MPG. As I said we just sold this Mustang and have purchased 2022 Mustang GT Premium Convertible with 1,800 miles on it. I guess being a return customer is the best review of the car one can give. I am transferring title today to a neighbor who bought this car. That I would sell it to someone that lives a few streets away is a testament to the quality and reliability of the 2014 Mustang

This car is absolutely rust free from the south and garage kept in Michigan. It handles as if it were brand new. Can?t find another one like it.

I feel they have a good selection of vehicles. Auctions have cars at a cheaper price. Expect to make a few repairs as with any auction. I enjoy the car I bought. They have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and try to accommodate the buyers wants by showing cars you ask to see during the auction.

After driving a 2022 Camaro convertible on vacation in 2022, I told my wife I would like to have a convertible for the summer. So knowing the Mustang V6 had 30 hp more than the turbo 4 in the Camaro I started searching. A decent 14 with 69k miles turned up at a local dealer so we took for a test drive. It was a NJ car but only driven in summer based on miles I assume. It is fairly responsive when you mash the peddle down hard but not as fast as my 12 Acura TL with 25 less hp. It also has an after market Flowmaster exhaust and has a nice little growl for V6. That being said it was more about the experience and just driving with the top down. Overall the interior layout is nice and great for two people. It has pretty responsive steering and handles the bumps much better than I thought. The shaker audio system sucks, pretty muddy sounding on radio and Sirius, just slightly better using the songs on my phone connected through Sync. The engine and transmission are more responsive in sport mode but leave a lot to be desired, you really have to put foot into pedal to get a response. There is also a flat spot when rpm's hit between 2000-3000 under medium to hard acceleration, really bad engineering from Ford and is a known issue. I learned from the Mustang groups you have to buy a tuner to reflash the ECM. It takes care of the soft electronic accelerator and bad shift points. (that is my project for 2024). The top goes up and down smoothly and you still have room in trunk for two sets of golf clubs(smaller bags). The top has some cracks in seams and missing threads but doesn't leak, not bad for a 9 year old roof. It also was in an accident even though carfax was clean, the bumper color is not quite the same ruby red the car is. Sadly if someone pays out of pocket to fix it doesnt get reported to Carfax. So if you find one for a decent price and want something fun to drive this car works well, knowing the issues listed above.

Great experience! Bought a 2009 SUV in great condition. Manager worked with our credit union for financing and the process was absolutely seamless. Quick response time to my inquiry. I literally found the car online one afternoon and was driving it home that evening. FYI Dealership does have vehicle history report but they are unable to share/email them. I bought this car as the baseis of a new hobby build. It had the performance options I wanted and was an automatic. Two items the dealer failed to disclose were worn tires and two curb checked wheels.

I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!

While shopping for another daily driver, the decision to get more than an "average" car was paramount. I shopped for unsold inventory, believing I would find a better purchase price. That was an understatement. I was able to locate a new, unsold Roush Stage 2 for an unbeatable retail price. The car has a manual transmission, the Roush upgrades to help it "punch above its weight" for acceleration and cornering. A pleasure to drive, and it gets a few "looks" when driving around town.
