This was our first time dealing with Elkins, and I can honestly say they are unlike any other dealership (They're AMAZING!). We were coming from a very complicated and stressful situation with our prior lease, and from the start, JT and Bob were patient, understanding, and genuinely willing to work with us to find the best solution. They did not feel like typical car salespeople at all. There was no pressure and no haggling, which made the entire process feel refreshingly simple. What really blew us away was their honesty/integrity. They gave us a price months in advance while we were waiting for our current lease to run out, and even though nothing was on paper at the time, they honored that price when the time came. It’s rare to find a business that truly stands by their word. They seem to have such a streamlined process, it felt more like a personal concierge than a car dealership. I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Nope - This car is too nice to part with…

I love this car, drive it right and she’ll be fuel efficient, but quick enough to outpace traffic. I will say the transmission can feel a little clunky sometimes.

I absolutely adore my Mustang. It does require performance mode to be as fast as I would prefer. It is reliable as all h e double l, the 10 speed is fast and sounds great. 10/10 I would purchase again.

I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

I bought one new during the pandemic & got a great price, since dealers were starving for sales. Love the car, color, performance and comfort are #1. The Magnaride suspension is phenomenal. My one & only complaint was initially the car had a few electrical issues. But a new software download, while still under warranty has fixed those. Hopefully they'll never return.

For the money it is hard to beat a new Mustang on any trim level but especially the 5.0. Also the 10 speed automatic is a fantastic transmission as it keeps the engine in the powerband when asking for performance.

I bought the 2017 Mustang online, something I said I would never do. I was afraid the turbo charged 4 cylinder engine wouldn’t have enough power for me. I never drove one before. I couldn’t be happier. I get the fuel economy of a 4 cylinder engine with all the power I could ask for!! I love it!!

After a lot of research I decided to go with the 2019 Mustang Bullitt. After owning it for a month I have no regrets. The only complaint I have is with Fords MyMode. It’s set up is not covered in the manual. Other than that it’s an absolutely a joy to drive.

Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

Bought my 2019 ecoboost premium convertible used with 11k on it. In Sport or Sport + it runs with enough pick up to have a great time if you can’t afford the potent V8. Interior is great for 2 people, back is tight. 310 Horse power turbo runs great, would recommend this to anyone!

2021 Eco boost black out package 19-inch wheels, this thing handles! braking very good quick as xxxx off the line! what's not to like? Ok you sit kind of low and it can guzzle gas when you open up that twin skool turbo it doesn't mind spirted drivers' fun as xxxx car.

Bought my 2020 Bullitt in January of this year and took delivery in mid April (it’s cold and snowy here in Wisconsin). Been wanting a muscle car since I was a teenager (I’m 62) and the Bullitt just spoke to me. What a car! 480 HP, 6 speed manual, active exhaust, fantastic dark highland green color and super fast. This car is the real deal! Even my wife likes it. It’s my summer fun car and I doubt I’ll ever sell it!

Bought my 2016 Mustang GT used have had it exactly one year it has 45,000 miles on it, haven't had one problem it runs great and is fast! . And I'm always still getting compliments on it. I like the car, but, if you're interested in buying one you need to know that Ford has a problem with the body. The panels are made of aluminum and are know for oxidation which Ford, although knowing about the problem, refuses to step up and fix. So, if you're thinking about buying be aware of the problems. Other than that it's an ok car.

I had to have my car towed to the dealer. They fit me into their schedule and took care of the problem and got me back on the road. Jake always is my go to service person
