This is our ninth Ford and our eighth from Packey Web. We have dealt with the same salesperson each time. Elliott Sivewright has always been awesome every time. He knows us now, so this last transaction was a breeze. We called him and told him what we were looking for and what amenities we absolutely wanted and what amenities we could do without. He found a couple cars and told us to come in. We left with one of those choices a few hours later. Always great service!

When I raised a concern about the service contract, he took the time to offer a solution that took away any concerns I had. Easy check in, and not a long wait time. When service was complete the service person went over what was completed and checked and advised me of any concerns.
