I met the technician who performed my service, he has excellent knowledge of the 2003 F250 Super duty Diesel. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. I called early on a Wednesday morning and Jonathan answered and said he could get me in as quick as I get there about 30 minutes. I was there filled out the paperwork. He was courteous, kind, professional, and made sure I understood what was wrong with the rear window passenger window, not going up it needed a whole new driver’s door, electronic panel Part was there and they did it in about several hours. I was very satisfied with Maplewood Ford and especially Jonathan and met the young Tech mechanic Dion and he explained some things even further why they electronics sometimes just goes out

Process for recall work was excellently handled.

I needed my car serviced on a very specific day and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Besides that, I had to wait at the dealership but the car was serviced right away. The wait also felt short because I was able to work, their wifi being fast and reliable.
