I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

I completed my deal in less then 2 hours , gave me good money for my trade and a deal on the new one.

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKX Reserve from Odgen Lincoln of Westmont, and was more than satisfied! Im an out of state buyer that found my Lincoln on line. I worked with Henry and Jack who were both outstanding in making this transaction as painless as possible. I was a little hesitant on purchasing something like this without actually seeing or driving it in person, but Henry went the extra mile Facetiming me on the vehicle walk around and putting the deal together. In addition, I had the vehicle shipped to my driveway, and Henry stuck with me all the way! The shipper did an excellent job, and the Lincoln arrived fully detailed, and as described. This isn't the way I would normally purchase a vehicle, but Ogden Lincoln, Henry, and Jack made it a fantastic experience. This is an amazing car. The build quality of this car is amazing. I have never loved my car more than I love this car. I've owned the car for 5 months now and I have not been able to wipe the smile off of my face this whole time. I've noticed that most of the people who provide a negative review of this car have unusual expectations of the car, particularly as it relates to the car's range. It's also interesting to see how people's expectations change when buying an EV. Gasoline cars come with an advertised fuel economy and range that likely won't hit. But people in gas cars don't really care if they hit those numbers and they rarely, if ever, do. They just use those numbers to compare between vehicles. But then they buy an EV and expect to get every bit of range advertised. It's unfair to judge an EV differently than a gas car. If you spend time researching the car before you buy, you learn that EV range drops when the weather is cold. Research your car before you buy it. There's plenty of information available online in forums and on YouTube so that you can make an informed decision. That's what I did, so I knew going into it what to expect. If you do that, you won't be disappointed.

Purchased this car 10 months ago, and it's been perfect in every respect, and completely in contrast to the Tesla Model Y we just foolishly picked up 10 days ago as a 2nd car. The Tesla has already had two problems and we're trying to get it serviced. I wouldn't know about Ford's service because absolutely nothing has gone wrong with the Mach-E and it's a delight to drive. My wife loves the design, it's quick, efficient and roomy. We paid more than we should have for it, but it feels like a premium car and we're very happy with it

Just 2000 miles in so I can’t really gauge reliability. So far it is the best car I’ve ever purchased. Incredibly smooth and powerful with fairly tight suspension and steering. A cross between a small SUV and a sports car. Although it might look smallish on the outside it has plenty enough interior room for my 6’ frame…something Ford is always good at. My buying experience was very good. Ordered online and had a 9 month wait. The dealer honored the original price in spite of inflation and didn’t put any add-ons on to the car. They obviously did offer to sell me a bunch but didn’t push it as I politely refused. The blue color I got on the California Route 1 trim looks fantastic and turns a lot of heads.

A whole new driving experience. This vehicle is so quiet you forget it’s on. Ford has done such a great job with all the details. The powerful torque and performance is amazing. My experience pertains specifically to the Ford service department - not the actual car dealership. So this place is clearly under new management. After getting some ridiculous estimates from other mechanics and body shops, I decided to give this place a try…. I got outstanding service from Pat Gavin. He quickly got me estimates which confirmed my suspicions that the other mechanics were trying to gorge me into paying for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Pat & team were able to fix several problems that had been lingering on my car for several months. I always postponed getting these things fixed because other mechanics wanted literally $5-10k for what seemed like small issues. I’m ecstatic to have finally found someone in this industry that conducts business with (1) integrity and (2) high standards in delivering quality! It’s such a relief to know where to go to get my car fixed without getting guided into a bunch of high priced and unnecessary work. I also got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off!! Everything from the service to the price to the quality of the work exceeded my highest expectations. 1 month later my car is running as good as new. If only everything in the auto industry (particularly the service & repair industry) was run this way.

I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.

I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday. I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that. Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me. 5 out of 5 would buy there again.

Ford ticks a lot of the right boxes for this vehicle - excellent, quiet ride quality on rough roads. Fantastic hands-free self-driving on freeways. Phone-as-key with keypad on the door convenience. As a second family car (our other car takes gas) it's awesome - never having to go to the gas station with charging at home for 1/4 the cost per mile of gas is brilliant. I've driven most of the competitors and never have I been jealous of the other cars. Until they have the phone-as-key or hands free BlueCruise, I feel lucky to have the Mach-E. And yes, I think Ford and GM need to get better at naming cars. Mustang? Blazer? How did these decisions get approved?

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

Brian Binder helped us to purchase a NOS 2024 Ford Edge, worked with us to get everything that we needed and helped with the trade in of 2 old cars. My Mach E is twice as quiet as my Model 3 was and much smoother. The road noise is quieted by a stiff composite felt used for the wheel wells. It is roomer and larger than a Tesla for less price. I love the controls and screens so much more than the Tesla as they are similar to most cars.

I bought a used Buick Encore. The car is running great and is in great condition. The whole process was smooth. Everyone was friendly and professional. All my questions were answered. The car I wanted to test drive was ready for me when I got there. Simeon Talevski was my sales agent. The General Manager was also very professional, friendly, and made sure I understood everything. I have been waiting for a really COOL all EV for five years. Traded in a 2018 Volt hybrid. I've looked at every EV out there and didn't find on that nocked my socks off.
