I was referred to Mike Zeller from a previous customer of his and he did not disappoint! His friendly nature, his laid back approach and his sense of humor made the whole experience 100% worth it. Not sure on what to say i purchase the truck drove it 42 miles and it broke down it's at Fairway ford being looked at and I have to foot the bill as is no warranty hopefully Fairway will treat me right on the repairs I don't have a lot of money but overall I sure hope they make it right fingers crossed it's something simple to fix and cheap

Yes, I had a very good experience at Sam Galloway?s dealership in Fort Myers ,Florida. They did quite a bit of work on my vehicle which was unexpected because I was just there to get the recall work completed and oil change and air filter for engine and all three wipers changed out? But needed replacement work on CV drive axle and boot. And I very much appreciated all the work and all the explanation of the work that needed to be done and the costs beforehand.. Tina, the service representative had done a fabulous job of getting all the costs and pictures of all the work that needed to be completed on my vehicle and came to me each time and explained everything very well and was very patient with my decisions? I definitely appreciated that very much, with a considerable amount of money to finish those repairs? Thank you so much Tina, for being very kind and patient and excellent service person? And thank you to all of Sam Galloway?s dealership personnel also for their excellent work?.

On October 16th, 2024, we assisted our daughter in purchasing a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Our bank is in New York. In my opinion, the bank wasn't moving fast enough to get the money over to make the purchase. Mike was our salesperson. Took our 2021 Mustang in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed neatly and with Minimal wait time. The Rep kept me informed while I waited and had a nice hot breakfast in their Mustang Lounge.

Alexis was may saleswoman, she was great, this was the first time I had bought a truck out of state and she helped throughout the process, we had a few hiccups but her and her team were fantastic and made the whole process not as scary as I thought it would be. Thank y'all

I brought my Ranger in for the 100K scheduled maintenance. The service advisor (Steven) was very professional and kept in communication during the day about what was being found and timing for completion. The shuttle service and drivers were great, they were nice enough to bring the truck back to the house after a snowstorm. The truck is running much better after the service work so I am glad I had it done. Thanks all for the wonderful work.

Immediate response. Made an appointment to see the vehicle. Unfortunately, it sold before I arrived. However, the salesman did not make me drive over an hour to get there to find out it was gone. He called and texted to save me the trip. Really appreciate his respect of my time.

I gave the buying process 4 stars because the buying process is never fun or easy, but I would definitely recommend this dealership. My husband had previously visited another south florida Ford dealership and when he told them he was just looking and trying to see if this would be the right vehicle for our daughter, they basically dismissed him and offered minimal help. I came in to AutoNation, alone, to check out the Bronco. Anthony, was assigned to help me. I told him I was just looking and he helped me find the right model for my daughter, test drove the car and told him I?d be in touch should we want to purchase it. He was not pushy AT ALL!! And I appreciated that tremendously. A few weeks later we decided it was the right vehicle for her and I gave him a call and he won our business.
