The reviews of others about the Ranger is that it is a little underwhelming and yawning. Most frequently the interior is ragged on. It’s a truck cabin. It works and looks nice. What are others expecting, a mini theater, heads up display, and dance lights? It’s fine and I’ve seen other interiors of rival trucks. Guess what, they’re not much different. The cabin is nice, roomy, comfortable, and functional for a midsize truck. Now the outside. It’s a nice looking truck. Spray in bed liner, almost looks leveled as it is. Off road capable just like the Taco. Gas mileage better than most of the other midsized trucks. 4 cylinder turbocharged Ecoboost is more capable and faster than the others V6’s and tows more. So basically we have a truck that outperforms most of the other rivals in most categories and it gets an underwhelming review?! I say No Way, it’s a Great truck!

I recently purchased a Pre Owned vehicle from Nick Nichols Ford and had been very pleased with my purchase. I had only been able to drive it in local traffic rarely exceeding 45 mph. I had to make a trip to Tampa and once on I-75 I was at highway speed for the first time since having the vehicle. Due to a sudden traffic situation in front of me I had to hit my brakes hard , when I did I instantly noticed a shimmy in the steering wheel. I was able to make contact with Mr. Mark Anderson , Service Dept manager, and he advised me to bring it in and ask for him directly Mr.Anderson had the vehicle front brakes checked and it was found that the front rotors were worn , he then authorized the mechanic to replace the rotors. This was done at no charge to me. This action by Mr. Anderson made me a from now on Nick Nichols loyal customer Thank you Mr. Anderson for all that you did. Rudy Salazar

I drove all the Mid-size Trucks in January. For me at 5' 10" @ 170lbs. with a bad back, the 2024 Ford Ranger was the one I bought. Never owned a Ford. Have owned 5 Toyotas and hated the newest Gen. Tacoma. The Ranger 2.3L Turbo is proven (10 plus years now) and I like this 10 speed Auto. Getting 21-22 mpg around Town and hit 27 mpg on the Highway going 80 mph. Sweet. Best Interior of anything I drove. The Seats sealed the deal for me though with this bad back of mine. Amazing. This is the cheapest Ranger I could find in a 4X4 with Tow Package at $38500.00 sticker price. Paid $36 ish. Your opinion may vary, but don't rule out a Ford Ranger. 2 months in I know I made the right decision................

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

I had probably the most awesome experience ever, buying a car, when I visited Love Chevrolet in Inverness, Florida. The sales woman, Sonia Clark was very conscientious. I found a car that I was hoping to buy and thanks to Sonia's tenacity, she made it work. The finance manager, Feliciah St. Hilaire, was very friendly, knowledgable, and well versed in her profession. Not too often can buying a car be a relaxing experience, but this certainly was! I visited this dealership due to my car being totaled, having a rental for 2 months, already feeling stressed over the entire experience, and these young ladies made it very stress free and a relaxing experience. After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.

Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

I really like the eco boost makes the truck get up and go and the ride is smooth and comfortable and has a lot of functionality inside and outside the vehicle and I really like the style of the inside and outside of the truck this truck drives great

One thing I could say , they are very responsive. I wish I was able to make a deal if it wasn’t for my down payment amount I would taken that car so bad . I need it too .

I recently traded in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD for a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Black Package and have never looked back. I love all the safety features (back-up camera, blind spot detection, collision detection) plus the conveniences of remote start (from key or phone), heated seats, rain-detection windshield wipers, navigation, etc. I also was surprised by the better than advertised gas mileage and towing capaciy. Currently, the vehicle gets about 25 mpg on the highway, which is significantly better than the 2016 Tacoma. The vehicle can also tow up to 7500 lbs which is pretty awesome for a small truck. The truck has had no mechanical issues (so far) but I purchased the truck new and it has only 11k miles. I would encourage anyone interested in a smaller truck (Tacoma, Frontier, Canyon, etc.) to test drive the Ranger.

For your go to salesman that will help the customer out and is the best time after time ask for Gary N. I have purchased 6 vehicles from him and he is a square shooter! The Service manager who came out of retirement is also the best. Anyone looking for a good clean vehicle I highly recommend Gary N.

I bought the XLT Super cab. I have been driving it for about 2 weeks now. It does truck things well, hauling and light off road. I replaced the shocks right away. Stock ride was harsh, but cornering was boaty... Power is ok, but the transmission isn't very responsive, although for a truck it's fine. I'm getting around 19 mpg in mixed driving, but I have been using the remote start to cool down the cabin before my commute home. Interior is nice Sync 3 system has Apple CarPlay and the Android equivalent. Display screen is well sized and responds quickly. Back seats in the Super cab are for show and storage. I wouldn't ask someone to actually sit back there. In short, I got my Ranger to haul stuff be a truck, and it has done that well.

I have had my 2022 ford Ranger Tremor Crew Cab for 30 days. It is easy to drive and fairly comfortable. The styling and color has drawn a bit of attention it is a nice looking truck. Wish it had more accent lighting with the headlights but that's just me. Plenty of power all you need I guess the fuel economy is ok, I do not believe I am getting the 20 or so MPG it is rated at. Nice truck, I like it.

We were greeted right away by another sales person and directed to our salesman without any typical dealer shenanigans. Prior to our arrival we had requested to have the vehicle on a lift for me to inspect as I have 30 years of dealership service department experience myself. They obliged without hesitation allowing me to spend 20 minutes under the vehicle to do a thorough inspection. We sat with our salesman directly afterwards and as expected haggled a bit over pricing. After 15 minutes we came to an agreement and signed a deal. These people are extraordinarily professional. Absolutely zero games as I’ve seen personally over 3 decades. This is my 6th ford ranger over the last 20+ years and this ranger is by far the best one yet. I've never bought one brand new before but the power and comfortability of this truck is so much higher than previous models. The gas mileage isn't the best (18 mpg) but for a fx4 it's not terrible. I have taken it through all kinds of terrain with zero issues. Very glad I went ranger over tacoma.

Only had our new Ranger a couple months, but this is light years ahead of our old '11. Our 5th Ranger (all XLT's), this truck is smooth, comfortable(without leather) & economical once you get past the initial $$$. 24.1 mpg all day long(around town or doing 75 on the interstate)- once again leaps above the 2011 v6. Love the Carbonized Gray- gets lots of stares & comments. I have but 2 wishes for Ford to contemplate - #1: Where's the Beautiful Green??? Had a gorgeous green in 2000 on an f150... #2: i wanted to put the factory (Leer) fiberglass cap on, but, the bed will not support the weight on her bedrails (88lbs MAX) without modifying the cargo box with "J Rails" (which are on BACKORDER from Ford). Why in the world would someone pay extra/after the fact/without disclosure for Ford's design fault?? These trucks come from the factory without the ability to support a cap weighing over 88 pounds without collapsing the side walls - unless you buy the "J straps" @ around $165 + installation by a mechanic. Even the mighty Raptor suffers this design "fault"... All in all thou - we love this truck & would do it again without hesitation & with a hard tonneau - we'd just wait for Ford to support their own beds first.....

I downsized from a 2013 F-150, great truck, because I didn’t need a full size truck anymore. I was hesitant to go to a smaller vehicle but after a year and 11k miles I am a believer! Comfort, economy, performance and ease of parking and maneuverability. No regrets! I get lots of compliments too.

Great vehicle. Good power and no problems. A lot of people remember from many years ago when this vehicle wasn’t the best. Ford should do some PR to improve peoples opinion of this vehicle. Wish it came with a heated steering wheel

Drove every mid-size PU truck available. The Ranger Lariat won hands down. More room, better ride, and more power than the Tacoma. I read many of the pro reviews and totally agree, the 2025 Ranger is the best mid-size truck on the market. The V6 will blow you away.
