Absolutely wonderful experience
I’ve been driving over 50 years and I have to say, this was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had a rough day with my old car, I had to face the fact that repairs would be way too high and I would just have to buy another car. After going to several other dealerships in the area, I went home and cried. My daughter came home and said we are going tonight to find a car. We went to John Kennedy Ford of Feasterville first. From the minute we entered the dealership, we were impressed. No pressure, no gimmicks , just a positive and wonderful experience. My salesman, Rob was so helpful and so understanding. He along with his manager worked hard and did everything they could to get me in a great car that I love, at a right price, with the right terms and I even had a choice of colors available to me that night. Everyone I met was incredibly nice and helpful from Rob to both managers to the finance man. I came home with a beautiful 2021 Silver Escape with low milage , all the extras , a great warranty and a very positive experience. Good truck
Have owned it for about one year the only thing I have done is change the oil and filter and put some air in the tires when the weather got colder. Have liked everything about it so far.
