My ranger was purchased used, it replaces my 97 Ranger which I owned for 20 yrs til it was totalled @ 370,000 miles. Only major component failure was rear end dif at approximately 200,000 miles and it still ran strong at time of wreck. Prompting me to set my sights on another Ranger to buy. My 2009 is 2.3l (as was my 97) w/auto trans (97 was manual), owned now for 2.5yrs I have to say I'm VERY surprised at the 09's performance which I expected to be a bit sluggish compared to my 97 as it was a reg cab and the 09 is supercab (which should weigh more?) but happy to report that I'm loving my 09 even more. This truck accelerates very well and seems to be cut from the same cloth as my 97 which was the most reliable ride I've owned and at age 60 I've owned more than a few. Before I reach my limit of 500 words, I'm a big fan of the Ranger: easy to maintain, fun driving, handles much like a sports car, looks great with a little customization, I could go on, but you get the idea!

Have owned it for about one year the only thing I have done is change the oil and filter and put some air in the tires when the weather got colder. Have liked everything about it so far.

Drove every mid-size PU truck available. The Ranger Lariat won hands down. More room, better ride, and more power than the Tacoma. I read many of the pro reviews and totally agree, the 2025 Ranger is the best mid-size truck on the market. The V6 will blow you away.

While it took a bit to get my question answered, they were honest and forthcoming. For me personally, I thought the price of the vehicle we looked at online was a bit high, and I offered to pay cash to get a better deal. But, the folks at Midwest Autoplex held firm to their "No Haggle" policy. We may not do business, but I certainly admire their stand, and wish them nothing but success. Great team! I Was a walk-in. Friendly helpful staff - went into look at a Canyon. I found the truck online. Salesman TJ helped with locating the truck and brought it up to the showroom. Been a fun car to drive. Handles well and love the technology in this vehicle. Front, back and overhead camera angles. High end car stereo. Display is like eye candy.

Simple, reliable, old, truck...nothing fancy, gets you from point A to point B. Very inexpensive to operative and maintain. Ford, as company,has lost its way, forgotten regular folks and working class folks, but they are not alone. It's a xxxx shame...
