Had our first oil change done on our 2021 Jeep Wrangler that we bought used from Germain Ford in Beavercreek. Did not disappoint. Very friendly staff and the technician sent a video of the undercarriage of the car and explained everything! Very thorough inspection. We are very happy with their service department.

After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.

The time to complete the oil change and tire rotation was done in the time frame promised. I was pleased with service provided by the service department.

I recently traded in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD for a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Black Package and have never looked back. I love all the safety features (back-up camera, blind spot detection, collision detection) plus the conveniences of remote start (from key or phone), heated seats, rain-detection windshield wipers, navigation, etc. I also was surprised by the better than advertised gas mileage and towing capaciy. Currently, the vehicle gets about 25 mpg on the highway, which is significantly better than the 2016 Tacoma. The vehicle can also tow up to 7500 lbs which is pretty awesome for a small truck. The truck has had no mechanical issues (so far) but I purchased the truck new and it has only 11k miles. I would encourage anyone interested in a smaller truck (Tacoma, Frontier, Canyon, etc.) to test drive the Ranger.

I downsized from a 2013 F-150, great truck, because I didn’t need a full size truck anymore. I was hesitant to go to a smaller vehicle but after a year and 11k miles I am a believer! Comfort, economy, performance and ease of parking and maneuverability. No regrets! I get lots of compliments too.

everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and got me in and out in record time. Been a fun car to drive. Handles well and love the technology in this vehicle. Front, back and overhead camera angles. High end car stereo. Display is like eye candy.

The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

I really like the eco boost makes the truck get up and go and the ride is smooth and comfortable and has a lot of functionality inside and outside the vehicle and I really like the style of the inside and outside of the truck this truck drives great

Great experience. Alllowed me to test drive the vehicle without a salesperson riding along, which gave me a chance to really get the full picture of the vehicle and all of the electronics in the car. Kirk, wasn’t pushy with any of the ‘extras’ the dealership likes to add. Smooth process to finalize a price and then signed all the final paperwork via electronic docs because I was leaving town later that day. Jason the finance personnel was easy to work with also and made it so simple to finance the vehicle.

Great vehicle. Good power and no problems. A lot of people remember from many years ago when this vehicle wasn’t the best. Ford should do some PR to improve peoples opinion of this vehicle. Wish it came with a heated steering wheel

I walked into the dealership to look at a specific vehicle that I wanted to see. They were super accommodating on letting me test drive and also taking it for a pre-purchase inspection. We stopped by on a whim after seeing a car (infinity QX56) that we had been talking about for almost a year. By that evening we drove it home - the staff really worked with us to get a deal that we could live with. We are still ironing out some details - so that is why there are only four stars listed, but they have been very responsive and have really been honest with us - their service guy, James is outstanding - on the sales end Mike and Anita were also great! So far we've had a really good experience with Cardinal Motors and would recommend them to others - give them a shot, you will be pleasantly surprised!

I drove all the Mid-size Trucks in January. For me at 5' 10" @ 170lbs. with a bad back, the 2024 Ford Ranger was the one I bought. Never owned a Ford. Have owned 5 Toyotas and hated the newest Gen. Tacoma. The Ranger 2.3L Turbo is proven (10 plus years now) and I like this 10 speed Auto. Getting 21-22 mpg around Town and hit 27 mpg on the Highway going 80 mph. Sweet. Best Interior of anything I drove. The Seats sealed the deal for me though with this bad back of mine. Amazing. This is the cheapest Ranger I could find in a 4X4 with Tow Package at $38500.00 sticker price. Paid $36 ish. Your opinion may vary, but don't rule out a Ford Ranger. 2 months in I know I made the right decision................

I have had two Rangers 1998 and a 2010 and I love the stile and how easy they are to drive and how fun as well . The look of the new Rangers suck and look more like a f150 the old pre 2010 and before are a real nice reliable truck and for the money, the cats mow

What a good experience! Car buying as it should be. I started out this venture by looking at cars online. I filled out the info section and within a few minutes Gable called me. We talked about a few vehicles and I got an idea of what I wanted. The next day my wife and I went to Frontier Motors and met Jake. I was interested in one of 3 Jeeps. After driving all 3 I had my choice. Soon we did all the paperwork and I drove away in my Jeep. They were all good friendly people and made a car buying experience a good time. Not the high pressure or guiding sales techniques. It was real people allowing us to tell them what we wanted and working to put us in the right vehicle. Thank you Jake and Frontier Motors! Have had my 2010 the last four years and have put it thru its paces. Had to replace a wheel bearing at 97K but no problems since. Have added 30K so far with no additional issues. I have done a lot of maintenance hauling for taking care of two properties and have never been disappointed with the way it runs and hauls. The 4 liter V6 engine has more than enough power and the bed has more than enough space to accommodate my needs. Having a 4x4 in Wisconsin is absolutely necessary with our winters. Not needed all the time but has gotten me out of a lot of dangerous driving situations. The amenities in the truck for its age are more than enough for what I need. When I purchased this I was only after cruise control, bed cap and 4x4 and this two door more than met my needs.

This is not a fancy truck and the ride is a bit stiff but it is a nice compact size while still providing all the benefits of owning a truck.

This is my 6th ford ranger over the last 20+ years and this ranger is by far the best one yet. I've never bought one brand new before but the power and comfortability of this truck is so much higher than previous models. The gas mileage isn't the best (18 mpg) but for a fx4 it's not terrible. I have taken it through all kinds of terrain with zero issues. Very glad I went ranger over tacoma.

I had a great experience buying a used truck from out of state. The truck was exactly as advertised (actually better) and I got a good deal. Only had our new Ranger a couple months, but this is light years ahead of our old '11. Our 5th Ranger (all XLT's), this truck is smooth, comfortable(without leather) & economical once you get past the initial $$$. 24.1 mpg all day long(around town or doing 75 on the interstate)- once again leaps above the 2011 v6. Love the Carbonized Gray- gets lots of stares & comments. I have but 2 wishes for Ford to contemplate - #1: Where's the Beautiful Green??? Had a gorgeous green in 2000 on an f150... #2: i wanted to put the factory (Leer) fiberglass cap on, but, the bed will not support the weight on her bedrails (88lbs MAX) without modifying the cargo box with "J Rails" (which are on BACKORDER from Ford). Why in the world would someone pay extra/after the fact/without disclosure for Ford's design fault?? These trucks come from the factory without the ability to support a cap weighing over 88 pounds without collapsing the side walls - unless you buy the "J straps" @ around $165 + installation by a mechanic. Even the mighty Raptor suffers this design "fault"... All in all thou - we love this truck & would do it again without hesitation & with a hard tonneau - we'd just wait for Ford to support their own beds first.....

Quick, polite, and professional. I drive over a lot of screws, apparently, and have gotten a couple flats. This place has patched two separate tires and they’ve both been pleasant experiences.

I've owned a '19 Ranger XLT FX4 super crew for 4yrs / 46k mis. Its been impeccable in this time. The mpgs have even improved as the truck gained mileage. It averages 21mpg city/ 24hwy. I've towed my 04 Mustang SVT Cobra "terminator" many times. Truck handles it w/ease as max tow rating is 7500lbs. The comfort & driving dynamics are best in class as is safety tech / features. So delighted w/ the Ranger ive ordered a '23 Ranger XLT Tremor edition. Really like the styling of this Gen Ranger & wanted the best version (Tremor) before an all new '24 Ranger is released fall '23. When shopping the midsized truck class be sure to test drive different models as they all have there own unique characteristics. None are bad ..but the Ranger just has more to offer. The excellent Gen2 TGDI Ecoboost powertrain is best in class. As all reviews have stated. This is absolutely true. Will not be selling our '19 Ranger XLT FX4 whenever the '23 Ranger Tremor arrives. Midsized trucks nowadays are the perfect size for 80% of personal truck buyers. Even off rd they are easier to navigate vs a full sized 1/2 ton truck or large SUV.
