I'm on my 2nd one currently. Only reason why other is no longer on the road is the frame is rotten, I resurrected it from farm field some steel welded to support the frame best could, and some backwoods cheap body work, drove for over a year as main vehicle and loved it, found almost the exact same truck just colour and no AC, but great shape and love it, both 2.3L 5 speed stick. Love this truck for running around and smaller jobs saves my half ton from doing especially with fuel prices

The reviews of others about the Ranger is that it is a little underwhelming and yawning. Most frequently the interior is ragged on. It’s a truck cabin. It works and looks nice. What are others expecting, a mini theater, heads up display, and dance lights? It’s fine and I’ve seen other interiors of rival trucks. Guess what, they’re not much different. The cabin is nice, roomy, comfortable, and functional for a midsize truck. Now the outside. It’s a nice looking truck. Spray in bed liner, almost looks leveled as it is. Off road capable just like the Taco. Gas mileage better than most of the other midsized trucks. 4 cylinder turbocharged Ecoboost is more capable and faster than the others V6’s and tows more. So basically we have a truck that outperforms most of the other rivals in most categories and it gets an underwhelming review?! I say No Way, it’s a Great truck!

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

I bought the XLT Super cab. I have been driving it for about 2 weeks now. It does truck things well, hauling and light off road. I replaced the shocks right away. Stock ride was harsh, but cornering was boaty... Power is ok, but the transmission isn't very responsive, although for a truck it's fine. I'm getting around 19 mpg in mixed driving, but I have been using the remote start to cool down the cabin before my commute home. Interior is nice Sync 3 system has Apple CarPlay and the Android equivalent. Display screen is well sized and responds quickly. Back seats in the Super cab are for show and storage. I wouldn't ask someone to actually sit back there. In short, I got my Ranger to haul stuff be a truck, and it has done that well.

I have had my 2022 ford Ranger Tremor Crew Cab for 30 days. It is easy to drive and fairly comfortable. The styling and color has drawn a bit of attention it is a nice looking truck. Wish it had more accent lighting with the headlights but that's just me. Plenty of power all you need I guess the fuel economy is ok, I do not believe I am getting the 20 or so MPG it is rated at. Nice truck, I like it.

I drove all the Mid-size Trucks in January. For me at 5' 10" @ 170lbs. with a bad back, the 2024 Ford Ranger was the one I bought. Never owned a Ford. Have owned 5 Toyotas and hated the newest Gen. Tacoma. The Ranger 2.3L Turbo is proven (10 plus years now) and I like this 10 speed Auto. Getting 21-22 mpg around Town and hit 27 mpg on the Highway going 80 mph. Sweet. Best Interior of anything I drove. The Seats sealed the deal for me though with this bad back of mine. Amazing. This is the cheapest Ranger I could find in a 4X4 with Tow Package at $38500.00 sticker price. Paid $36 ish. Your opinion may vary, but don't rule out a Ford Ranger. 2 months in I know I made the right decision................

I had a problem with the tire air pressure on Tuesday night. I went to All American early Wednesday AM without an appointment. They took my car right into the Service area and fixed the situation promptly.

This is my 6th ford ranger over the last 20+ years and this ranger is by far the best one yet. I've never bought one brand new before but the power and comfortability of this truck is so much higher than previous models. The gas mileage isn't the best (18 mpg) but for a fx4 it's not terrible. I have taken it through all kinds of terrain with zero issues. Very glad I went ranger over tacoma.

After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.

Park Ford now offers at home car service! They just serviced my car in my driveway. It was awesome! If at home service doesn't work for you, but you want to wait while your car is serviced, their waiting area is nice too. I've had my car serviced there while waiting many times and would just work from the waiting area.

Only had our new Ranger a couple months, but this is light years ahead of our old '11. Our 5th Ranger (all XLT's), this truck is smooth, comfortable(without leather) & economical once you get past the initial $$$. 24.1 mpg all day long(around town or doing 75 on the interstate)- once again leaps above the 2011 v6. Love the Carbonized Gray- gets lots of stares & comments. I have but 2 wishes for Ford to contemplate - #1: Where's the Beautiful Green??? Had a gorgeous green in 2000 on an f150... #2: i wanted to put the factory (Leer) fiberglass cap on, but, the bed will not support the weight on her bedrails (88lbs MAX) without modifying the cargo box with "J Rails" (which are on BACKORDER from Ford). Why in the world would someone pay extra/after the fact/without disclosure for Ford's design fault?? These trucks come from the factory without the ability to support a cap weighing over 88 pounds without collapsing the side walls - unless you buy the "J straps" @ around $165 + installation by a mechanic. Even the mighty Raptor suffers this design "fault"... All in all thou - we love this truck & would do it again without hesitation & with a hard tonneau - we'd just wait for Ford to support their own beds first.....

I returned to all American ford on 11/24/25 to the service department for oil change and oerall check up of my 2019 edge. My service representative Titian met me after I pulled in and got my appointment started. Titiana has been working with me for service needs ever since my purchase. Titiana always has time to answer all my questions and offers me recommendations of any filter changes that would be needed, and any other recommendations to keep my car working for many years to come. Overall the staff at all american ford are friendly and very helpfull to the customers. And they do all they can to keep you a satisfied returning customer time and time again. I've owned a '19 Ranger XLT FX4 super crew for 4yrs / 46k mis. Its been impeccable in this time. The mpgs have even improved as the truck gained mileage. It averages 21mpg city/ 24hwy. I've towed my 04 Mustang SVT Cobra "terminator" many times. Truck handles it w/ease as max tow rating is 7500lbs. The comfort & driving dynamics are best in class as is safety tech / features. So delighted w/ the Ranger ive ordered a '23 Ranger XLT Tremor edition. Really like the styling of this Gen Ranger & wanted the best version (Tremor) before an all new '24 Ranger is released fall '23. When shopping the midsized truck class be sure to test drive different models as they all have there own unique characteristics. None are bad ..but the Ranger just has more to offer. The excellent Gen2 TGDI Ecoboost powertrain is best in class. As all reviews have stated. This is absolutely true. Will not be selling our '19 Ranger XLT FX4 whenever the '23 Ranger Tremor arrives. Midsized trucks nowadays are the perfect size for 80% of personal truck buyers. Even off rd they are easier to navigate vs a full sized 1/2 ton truck or large SUV.

I recently traded in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD for a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Black Package and have never looked back. I love all the safety features (back-up camera, blind spot detection, collision detection) plus the conveniences of remote start (from key or phone), heated seats, rain-detection windshield wipers, navigation, etc. I also was surprised by the better than advertised gas mileage and towing capaciy. Currently, the vehicle gets about 25 mpg on the highway, which is significantly better than the 2016 Tacoma. The vehicle can also tow up to 7500 lbs which is pretty awesome for a small truck. The truck has had no mechanical issues (so far) but I purchased the truck new and it has only 11k miles. I would encourage anyone interested in a smaller truck (Tacoma, Frontier, Canyon, etc.) to test drive the Ranger.
