My husband and I were interested in a 2017 ford escape contacted Ford of Latham spoke with James in sales liked the vehicle but we’re informed it was sold! Upon our disappointment we spoke with Anthony Gallo sales manager he went above and beyond to get us in another Ford Escape! Which we ended up leasing a 2022 Ford Escape! After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.

Have owned it for about one year the only thing I have done is change the oil and filter and put some air in the tires when the weather got colder. Have liked everything about it so far.

My car always rides nicely (2007 fusion), but I have to say, since they worked on my brakes, the brake system has never felt better. Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

I recently traded in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD for a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Black Package and have never looked back. I love all the safety features (back-up camera, blind spot detection, collision detection) plus the conveniences of remote start (from key or phone), heated seats, rain-detection windshield wipers, navigation, etc. I also was surprised by the better than advertised gas mileage and towing capaciy. Currently, the vehicle gets about 25 mpg on the highway, which is significantly better than the 2016 Tacoma. The vehicle can also tow up to 7500 lbs which is pretty awesome for a small truck. The truck has had no mechanical issues (so far) but I purchased the truck new and it has only 11k miles. I would encourage anyone interested in a smaller truck (Tacoma, Frontier, Canyon, etc.) to test drive the Ranger.

After a frustrating 20+ week wait for my truck all worked out well. When the truck was delivered both mirrors were damaged. Marchese got the replacement parts and repaired the truck in four days. Nick was extremely accommodating and available through the entire process. I would highly recommend Marchese Ford and especially Nick! He's young and relatively new to the business but knowledgeable and professional beyond his years.

I really like the eco boost makes the truck get up and go and the ride is smooth and comfortable and has a lot of functionality inside and outside the vehicle and I really like the style of the inside and outside of the truck this truck drives great

Recently I had my Ranger in for service and the entire process was excellent. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and was offered a loaner while in for repair. I was notified within a few hours of the issue with my truck and was ready for pick up same day. Service Department was very clean and Dealership was best in class.

The reviews of others about the Ranger is that it is a little underwhelming and yawning. Most frequently the interior is ragged on. It’s a truck cabin. It works and looks nice. What are others expecting, a mini theater, heads up display, and dance lights? It’s fine and I’ve seen other interiors of rival trucks. Guess what, they’re not much different. The cabin is nice, roomy, comfortable, and functional for a midsize truck. Now the outside. It’s a nice looking truck. Spray in bed liner, almost looks leveled as it is. Off road capable just like the Taco. Gas mileage better than most of the other midsized trucks. 4 cylinder turbocharged Ecoboost is more capable and faster than the others V6’s and tows more. So basically we have a truck that outperforms most of the other rivals in most categories and it gets an underwhelming review?! I say No Way, it’s a Great truck!

I bought the XLT Super cab. I have been driving it for about 2 weeks now. It does truck things well, hauling and light off road. I replaced the shocks right away. Stock ride was harsh, but cornering was boaty... Power is ok, but the transmission isn't very responsive, although for a truck it's fine. I'm getting around 19 mpg in mixed driving, but I have been using the remote start to cool down the cabin before my commute home. Interior is nice Sync 3 system has Apple CarPlay and the Android equivalent. Display screen is well sized and responds quickly. Back seats in the Super cab are for show and storage. I wouldn't ask someone to actually sit back there. In short, I got my Ranger to haul stuff be a truck, and it has done that well.
