Straight forward, easy buying process. The service staff, Robb, Qamar and Stewart were very personable, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. This is our second purchase and will be back next time we need a vehicle.

Love, love the car, loved the sales person, the repair guy was great, the only issue was that I was led to believe that all I would need to do was sign the papers but that was not the case.

I left my truck at Legacy Service with Lance this morning.. I’ve been going to Helfman for 30 years but moved to Richmond and decided to give Lagacy a try. What a difference. Lance had an idea of what my issue was which put me at ease. Helfman was non committal when I called them yesterday. The ride home was better, the waiting room was far better and ha S a cafe. What a better experience.

Legacy Ford was the BEST dealership that I have been to! We drove in from out of town because they had a larger variety of vehicles. Between my saleswoman Vanessa and the GM and even Finance, we had such a FUN experience. Everyone that works there is happy, says hello, asks if you need anything, ect. They don’t just focus on their own sales and ignore you! The manager made sure to check on us and talk with us several times. Vanessa was so wonderful and patient and she knows her stuff!!! Finally someone that can answer questions. Brandon in finance was so sweet, kind and patient as well. Everyone gave us status updates while waiting. I will be sending anyone I know their way! Joseph was my AutoNation rep that helped me with getting my vehicle serviced. I had a recall issue that was resolved as well as a transmission issue that was resolved under warranty. I was able to obtain a free loaner vehicle for a week during repairs. The customer service exceeded my expectations. Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover.
