I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me. Worked with Ced Thatch in Sales on a truck order. Although I was unable to purchase due to my financial situation he was great to deal with through the whole process. For being a first time customer, the experience at the dealership was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the straightforward and clear communication between myself and the service department.

The service advisors are always pleasant and thorough but basic maintenance services take some time so exercise patience if you can. About 2.5 hours for an oil change and tires rotation. Should not take that long with an appointment in my humble opinion. I only visit occasionally for this reason and go elsewhere the majority of the time.
