Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

we purchased this van wagon to be adapted into a wheelchair accessible van. it was a ten seat wagon. it was beautiful and it hurt to have to take it apart because it is a great layout. we had a wheelchair lift installed and a easy lock to lock in wheelchair. it's a midroof. this van drives like a sports car. if i didn't know what was back there i would not believe it. It is smooth and the ride is beautiful.. it handles great. we can not say enough good things about it. it is roomy and we still have the back rear seat in . cargo space great behind it. seats are shockingly very comfortable. great family van. i highly recommend it for a family or business purposes. you just can't go wrong. we bought it with 1,400 miles on it. so it was practically new.

I had a great experience with Discount Auto. I bought a used Volvo that was inspected, had new wipers, new tires, pretty new battery, and they threw in an alignment when I mentioned there was a wobble as I did a test drive. The entire staff was so friendly, even though I was there at the end of their Saturday hours. When I couldn’t get a ride to pick up the car during their weekday hours, they brought the car to me, an hour away! I will buy from Bill again, he is very kind and his staff is above par with their accommodations!

My van is a 2015 Ford Transit XLT 150 with mid roof and short wheelbase. The 2019 version is all but identical. It came loaded with leather seats, navigation, voice control radio, blue tooth, and all the bells and whistles. It has been a great travel van and a real head turner. You can stand up and walk in it. I retrofitted mine with a cooler, portable convenience and added a tablet for watching tv. It rides very quiet like a Lincoln town car, and I've gotten up to 23mpg highway using cruise control. This van fits into a regular parking spot anywhere. It is easy to drive as well. The only reason I would trade this van in would be to get a brand new one exactly like it. I now have 42K miles on it and still looks brand new.

After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room. Great van so far,haven't had it long enough to give an honest review, but it is spacious, fits my needs, hopefully holds up over time.
