I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

Got me the car I needed with a good monthly. Was very informative with any questions I had.They went far and beyond to make sure I understand my process. My second car purchases and it couldn’t be easier.

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

I was in the market for a new vehicle but dreaded going to a dealership. It is like knowing you need to put on boxing gloves and go 12 rounds and try not to get beat up too bad. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. I recently purchased a vehicle from Selective Autoplex, and the whole transaction was done remotely. Nick Grisaffi was my salesperson, and he helped each step of the way from the purchase, having the vehicle transported to me, and the delivery of the license plates and tags. I am so happy that I got a vehicle I love and all the excellent help I needed along the way!

I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

Marissa went above and beyond. She had the keys ready, vehicle history printed out, and walked the truck with me. She knows her stuff. She set the bar in customer compared to the other dealerships. I'll will look first to work with her and Five Star from here on out.
