Carlos, the salesman, was extremely helpful and informative throughout our experience. Unfortunately, our interaction with the finance manager, Cesar, was disappointing. He did not take the time to explain our options and abruptly ended the phone call when we requested more information before moving forward. His comment—“too bad we couldn’t do business”—felt dismissive, especially given the significance of the transaction. Salesman Dylan was awesome. Him not pressuring me was a big reason I purchased a new F-150 from Coggins Deland Ford. He was honest and did not try and mislead me. Dylan was nice and professional. Fastest and most pleasant vehicle buying experience I have ever had.

Jimmy came through again at Gary Yomeans ! After not receiving a response from the service manager, I called my sales associate and he told me to come right down! Oil change that was considered normal maintenance. It was not a long wait and service was very good. Employees were very polite, friendly and a joy to talk to.

I got more service than what I expected. It was fast and they even gave me a wash. They were very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I first bought a 2019 F150 but as I stood outside the vehicle we could hear a knock. Adrian took it to service and they found a cracked head. I bought the truck first week of June needing it for a trip at the end of June. They did not have it fixed so Ford rented me a truck for the trip. When I got back truck was still not fixed. Jeff the service manager said that even tech support was stumped. Adrian had already started looking for a suitable replacement and showed me 3 other trucks. I picked the 2018 and it is great. I think better than I was getting. Ford rewrote the deal, this truck had the same warranty for being under 100000 miles so everything is great. I have had the truck for a week now and I really like it.
