The service advisors are always pleasant and thorough but basic maintenance services take some time so exercise patience if you can. About 2.5 hours for an oil change and tires rotation. Should not take that long with an appointment in my humble opinion. I only visit occasionally for this reason and go elsewhere the majority of the time.

After finalizing the price range that I wanted for the car I decided just from the phone conversations from the 2 of them that they had earned my business.
