Marvin went above and beyond to make sure my phone would work exactly as it should with the new Escape (the 2015 model I had never did). The Service Manager Bob helped me through the entire process of troubleshooting and repairing my steering problems. The steering column knuckle was frozen and had to be replaced. I am pleased with my overall experience and the results of my visits to Colonial Ford .
