Needed a new battery, got a cost estimate, had a coupon, dropped off the 2021 Explorer. I was kept abreast of the progress in the service area by the auto tech, complete with photos. Wow. Got a complete rundown of all of the inspection points (complementary) and the cost. A recall was accomplished as well, and all recalls are up to date.Notified that vehicle was ready for pickup...they washed the vehicle!

Service staff were very friendly. I dropped my car off for service and the work was completed very quick! I used to go to another dealership where I bought my car but will be coming to Autonation Ford from now on.

It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. After we decided to buy the vehicle, everything was taken care of in advance, including our trade-in, and the process was seamless. We drove away with no regrets on price/purchase. Jesse even checked in with us after a few days to make sure we were still happy and we are! It's not every day you get treated so patiently and respectfully at a car dealership. First off, the mechanic did a good job on the car. No complaints. The customer service was alright. I stood in the tiny service area for a few minutes waiting for someone to help and no one said anything to me even though there were 2 employees there. No complimentary snacks. Only a small complimentary coffee. They have snacks but you have to pay the vending machine. I shouldn't complain, but Mazda has a variety of complimentary snacks AND refreshments in their waiting area. Overall I would go back, but I wouldn't look forward to it.
