I was running a little behind and wanted to get my oil changed prior to a Dr appointment. The service writer was a Rock Star. Got my truck serviced zippidy do da and off I went. Great buying experience. The staff was awesome. The sales person did not pressure us. Spent a lot of time with us as we test drove multiple vehicles. This is the 7th car we have purchased from Koons and it was the best experience yet.

My vehicle was brought in for the Customer Care Service program, as well as, two other items. My vehicle was promptly taken in and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. As sion as the work was completed, I was notified and my car was waiting for me, so that I could be in my way. Thank you to the Service Department for making this an easy in and out!

This is an update from a previous one star review. I made an appointment for the Quick Lane service. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. When I arrived the service man behind the desk greeted me and took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I was only there for an hour and everything went very well. I had a previous review with a different experience. I think that experience was a result of a full moon. For now on I'll always make an appointment. I couldn't ask for better service!

Ben, my service manager, is great. He is very knowledgable, patient, and helpful. He takes the time to explain what the service entails and how long he estimates the repair will take to complete. He keeps me informed during the process.

Just bought a new 2022 Hyundai Kona at Bob Bell - James Franklin is the best sales consultant I have ever worked with. He made the entire process simple and easy, very honest and upfront. I recommend going to James for your new Hyundai - he will not try to tack on hidden fees, will listen to what you are looking for and help you get the best deal possible. Excellent service at Koons Ford Sterling in Virginia to diagnose and repair a malfunctioning Automatic window mechanism. Techicians repaired the window, but took time to double check to make sure everything was fixed, and discovered a further problem that required a more extensive repair that solved the problem. Customer service representative Andrew expertly and courtesly handled the transaction both from in-take of my Explorer to the final resolution. Final bill for all services even came in slightly under the initial estimate. Excellent experience and I will continue to rely on Koons Sterling.
