On 8/23/25 After an exhausting search, we were blessed to be connected with Lloyd (Lincoln side) of Hennessy Ford Atlanta. We were looking for a specific used car I saw online (that we learned was located on the Ford side) but our GPS took us to the Lincoln side. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and Lloyd made sure we felt valued every step of the way. I experienced a level of customer service with Hennessy Ford that is definitely lacking at other dealerships.(If you've ever been to Gwinnett Place Nissan you understand). Even though it was a used car and not their brand, Lloyd still thought it not robbery to call us to see how things were going with the vehicle. Now, that's service! I scheduled an oil change thinking I?d be out of there in 1 1/2 hours as told. I didn?t ask anyone to check the wipers or anything else. What is the point of scheduling an appt when that time slot is not kept? I also have a Toyota and my scheduled maintenance doesn?t take as long as this oil change did.
