Well it turned out that the warranty was a little pricey (imho). Floyd, went to work with David(F&I) to make me a deal on a brand new 25 in the same black on black premium. Later that day I had appointments with two other dealers who had cars that were ok but not exactly what I wanted. Bought the car next day for delivery later that afternoon. The dealership is. A member of a very large group but they treated me in the process with respect and made the Herculean effort the fill my wants.
