Went to the Pacifico Ford dealer in Broomall. They said they will not work on any vehicles that are 15 years or older. I went to Matthews Paoli Ford and had them work on my 2005 Ford excursion. I didn’t know that good mechanics existed like they have over there what a wonderful place it cost money but it’s worth it! The diesel mechanic there Christopher is unbelievably knowledgeable and good. Had a great experience. Had my Truck worker on over there and have had zero problems. I did my due diligence with regard to features and pricing and without any spin or major strife, Howard got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. No mind games or power play between us. Just pure honesty and his desire to help me get what I wanted and needed. Now for the part I stress over the most...dealing with the finance guy. Pleasant, no pressure and stress-free and I was able to add the bumper to bumper extended warranty and remain within my price range and finance term. The added bonus is knowing they are right around the corner when I want my car serviced. This was among the best car-buying experiences I've had in 40 years of car buying. I've had the Explorer a few months and i'm still as happy as the day I bought it.
